Married to my Bava

Her pov

The drive from our home to college is around 3.5 hours. The car ride is smooth ,though I'm dying inside with nervousness and excitement ,by sitting next to him.

I'm not sure why he agreed to drop me to the college. Is he also staying in Vizag or will he leave after dropping me .

May be he is not angry with me anymore so only he might have agreed to drop me to my college.

With many unanswered questions in my mind I did the first thing which came into my mind.

"You don't need to burden yourself to drop me to my college.you can stop the car near to a bus stand. I can take a bus from there."
I said slowly while playing with my fingers in my lap.

I was waiting for his reply. To my luck , I didn't get any reply from my Bava even after fifteen minutes.

Without having any other option , I started doing my favourite thing in the ride , that is sitting close to the window and looking at the passing trees outside.

Don't know when sleep overtook me , I have woken up with a sudden car break. To my surprise Abhi Bava kept his hand on my face to prevent me from falling to the front.

I immediately looked at him and at the same time he is also looking at me with a concern on his face. When we were lost in each other's eyes , a puppy's voice brought us back to the earth. Abhi Bava has removed his  hand and averted his gaze to outside of the car.

We both opened our car doors and went outside only to see a small puppy covered with blood all over its body.

It reminded me of my parents accident and don't know when tears started falling down .

By looking at my situation Abhi Bava immediately came towards me and did a thing I expect the least.

He took me in his arms and started saying "it's okay , i'm here . Nothing happens." while smoothing my hair.

Like some magic I felt myself calmed down after hearing his voice.

After I controlled myself from crying Abhi bava told in a rough tone that "I don't know that you are this weak. Why did you choose medicine if you can't even see a single drop of blood. You better stop going to college."  This statement made me realise that I'm not that  actual immature , good for nothing Ranvitha now.  I'm going to be a doctor. So the blood , bruises , bodies , accidents and would be part of my daily life. I need to get used to all these things. With these thoughts in my mind I immediately  went back to the car , searched for first aid kit and finally found it under the back seat. I took the first aid kit and came out near to the puppy.

I took the puppy in my hands and cleaned its  wounds and wrapped it in a towel which I got while getting the tool kit and took it inside the car.

Abhi Bava came after two minutes ,  settled  in the driver seat and started the car. I told him to stop the car near a pharmacy and he did the same.

I went inside the pharmacy and took medicines needed for the puppy and came out. I settled in the car and started applying ointment to the puppy. All the while I was feeling someone's gazes on me.

After like ten minutes I have competed applying the medicine to the puppy and the puppy is looking okay now.

I felt content with my work and said Thankyou to Abhi Bava for what ever he had done till now. He just nodded his head and concentrated on driving.

We finally reached my college gates after like an hour.

I got down from the car and waiting for the car back door to open so that I can collect my luggage.

When I was waiting I felt someone's present on my right side and turned there only to see the glimpse of my Abhi Bava looking too handsome to my liking with his messy hair and 3 piece grey colour suit.

As usual he doesn't have any emotion on his face.

He opened the back door of the car and took my luggage out. I being a good girl took the luggage in my hands and started walking towards the college gates.

I stopped in my tracks when I heard him calling my name suddenly. For the first time after six years I was hearing him calling my name Ranvi. It felt so good when I heard him saying my name.

I was waiting for his further instructions without even turning back towards him . "Take care " is what I heard followed by a car departing sound.

When I turned back to see him , he already left.

But one thing is sure , my Bava cares for me. This single thought itself made me dance on cloud nine.

I'm happy is an understatement. I'm beyond happy . I was smiling a like maniac by thinking about what just happened today.

After some time I came to reality and realised that I'm still on road near to college gates. Immediately I started walking towards my college dormitory.

Our college is very huge , constructed in around 100 acres of land , having 16 blocks . In which 8 blocks are our class rooms and office rooms. The other eight blocks are situated a little far from these blocks and those are our college dormitory . It will take around 20 mins to reach the dormitory from our college gate if we go by walk.

Some how I reached our dormitory with my luggage and went to my room situated in second floor. We are of three members staying in this room and all are of same batch. Room is empty , they are yet to come as the room is a complete mess currently. I went near my bed , kept my luggage near to my drawer and started cleaning my bed. I'm done with my work after an hour , satisfied with my work , I  went to washroom to clean myself and make myself ready to go college.
