Reluctant, you peer back through the windows to your house. Seeing that your parents were rushing to the commotion, you cross your arms and say, "Isaiah, put him down or my parents are going to make you do that themselves."
It wasn't like you were bluffing or anything. Before migrating to Minecraftia, you and parents fended for your lives in the wilderness and they weren't bad at it either. You've seen them take on hordes of mobs with a cruel amount of efficiency. By the way they told you of their adventures, it was like they embraced the dangers of the wilderness.
Isaiah wasn't budging. Seeing him in the flesh — or rather, iron — was mind-boggling. But, you could think all about that later. You have to settle this matter before your parents absolutely deck these rowdy mob hybrids.
"Isaiah." You said his name sternly like a parent scolding his child. You inch towards the mob hybrids, hands in the air. The iron golem didn't flinch nor twitch at the sound of his name. He only turned his head a bit, watching you with careful eyes. Your gut was churning, almost as if your body was trying to pull you away from the unpredictable mob hybrids.
"Connor, put that away." You urged.
Connor hesitantly puts the tnt, sending you a thankful look. "You better not sucker punch me, Isaiah..."
Seeing that Isaiah was still unmoving, you say, "It would disappoint Lillian if she were to see you like this."
It looked as if Isaiah came to life. A shadow, darker than the night, cast over Isaiah's form. With the pops and cracks of you-don't-know-what, Isaiah transforms back into a human. He drops Connor dismissively, making the latter fall to his knees.
"(Name)! Is everything alright?!" Your mom is the first to rush to you first, your father not so far behind still holding a dish towel.
You instinctively lean into your mother's touch as she puts a protective arm around you. She gives Connor and Isaiah a wrathful glare before addressing you. "Are you okay? What happened? I heard you yell."
"I'm alright. Don't worry. Those two," You jab a thumb to Connor who was still kneeling while Isaiah had his arms crossed, standing at a ninety degree angle. "They were having an argument and I had to yell to make them stop."

Conveniently enough, after the 'altercation' between Isaiah and Connor, your parents were off to another meeting with Lillian which you were spared from needing to actually go; which was odd, but you then remembered that you barely got any sleep last night and hadn't gotten any rest at all.
Finally. You could get some—
"(Name), we need to talk."
Oh, Notch, why?! A piece of you just died on the inside. Isaiah now stood directly in front of you, staring you down. You could hear a faint sound of disgust coming from behind the mountain that Isaiah was.
"We're going inside." Isaiah says, giving you no chance to reply as he pulls you along with him like a rag doll.
"Hey! What about me?!" Connor cries, hurriedly chasing after you and Isaiah.
Isaiah and Connor began to argue... again. That made it a bit more difficult to relinquish in your home's warmth. Staring at the two going back forth, your shoulders slumping, you wondered why they were still here.
"Your mom said I could spend another night!"
"I'm not leaving you alone with him."
You had no response other than to let out a long sigh.
"Hey, why are you so mean to me?! It was an accident! I'm not going to hurt anyone!" Here we go again, you thought, not looking forward to hear them go for another round. You were just about ready to leave them there and go to bed.
"It is clear that you have somehow got onto Lillian's good side. Getting her to treat you as if you hadn't tried to kill her."
"Ugh! For the last time! It was an ACCIDENT!" Connor snapped. "Do you know what an accident is?! I wouldn't be surprised if you didn't! I wonder if (Name) taught you that word yet!"
There was a feral glint in Isaiah's eyes. Before he could do anything, you intervene with a shout of your own. The mob hybrids look upon you with genuine surprise. Perhaps, even with a bit of fear as your eyes narrow into a glare and your lips form a taut line. You don't mean to be rude, but with all that's happened, you were starting to grow tired of these two.
The ongoing silence allowed you to gain back some of your composure. Uselessly rubbing the sleep out of your eyes, you explain, "Isaiah, it was actually an accident. Say, do you know what a fire charge is?"
Isaiah shook his head.
You dip your chin in acknowledgment. "If you don't know what it is, then it's very much less likely that Connor knew at the time. You see, Connor activated those dispensers thinking they had fireworks in them."
Isaiah stayed quiet, giving Connor a sideways glance. After a few more seconds, Isaiah relented, retaining his suspicions.
Connor lets out a sigh of relief while you yawned, ready to drop at any second. But, your mind was still racing. You couldn't get it to stop. "This also begs the question: Why would someone place fire charges in those dispensers?"
Why not use TNT if you wanted to destroy? Fire charges are more difficult to craft than TNT. You would need blaze powder from the Nether and that would mean finding a Nether fortress. Wait a minute... Your eyes widen upon a realization as Isaiah and Connor awkwardly watch you work things out in your head. Fireworks. Actual fireworks with colors and patterns require fire charges.
It was strange how you didn't realize this sooner. Minecraftia has been using fireworks for as long as you can remember. By the time you and your family arrived to Minecraftia, however, Nether portals had been prohibited to those who knew about them. Your parents found this out when they asked if they could build one.
It turns out that whenever you wanted to build something, you needed to get permission from Lillian herself. Thinking about your tunnel made you grimace. Either Minecraftia had the hugest surplus of fireworks in the world or someone had a Nether Portal to keep making them. And, because, Lillian used them at every event she held, that meant she was aware. With all that in mind, you came to a conclusion: she must be the person with the Nether Portal or know the person who has the Nether Portal.
You scoff, crossing your arms. You weren't all that surprised that everything seemed to lead back to her. A Nether Portal, mob hybrids... What other secrets is she hiding?
You couldn't help but feel a bit queasy. Alarms were going off in your head. The feeling of being trapped became more prevalent as you thought about the towering stone brick walls that surrounded the town. This feeling... it was all too familiar.
