Kim POV

I walk into the Queens bar of Detroit and look for Rachel. Marshall is somewhere behind me.

"There she is" I say as I see her sitting at the bar chatting to others.

"Damn she's hot" I hear Marshall say from behind me. I instantly turn around.

"That's not even funny!" I say to him as he laughs.

"Don't follow me...go find your friends or something" I say to him.

"No I wanna met your new friend first" He then says smirking making me cautious.

"Hey Kim over here" I hear Rachel from across the bar say before I can deny Marshall.

"Heyyy girl" I smile at her.

Rachel POV

Kim greets me and I notice a man a little taller than her behind her.

"Come sit" I say and point to the seat to the left of me. I try to ignore the man behind her that's now staring at me.

"Oh Rachel, this is my boyfriend Marshall, he's gonna go hang out with his friends now" she says looking at him trying to get him to go.

"Hey Rachel, I'm Marshall" He pushes past Kim and holds his hand out for me to shake.

"Hi" I say blushing while I grab his hand and shake it. I can't do this to Kim! We're just becoming friends and I already have the hots for her man.

"Well I'll leave you ladies alone now" He says looking deeply into my eyes as he walks off.

"Oh my gosh I'm so sorry about him" Kim says sitting down into her seat.
"Wait was he kinda flirting with you?" She then asks me snapping me out of his trance.

"Oh no I didn't feel like he was he seemed like he was just being nice" I say to her knowing damn well that he was flirting with me with his eyes.

"Yeah your right I'm sorry our relationship has just been messy lately" She says and takes her first shot of the night.

"Oh I'm sorry about that...if you feel comfortable we can totally talk about it" I say wanting to give her support.

"Well basically I cheated on him like last year but I was super drunk so it was nothing" She says getting right into it.

"Oh..." I say trying not to judge.
"Did you do that for revenge or something?" I carefully ask her.

"No it was a stupid mistake... Marshall has never cheated on me or anything" She says taking another shot.
"He's actually perfect...I really fucked up our relationship by doing that" She says now looking at me for remorse.

"Well you guys are still together so there's gotta be love from his end" I say trying to cheer her up.

"Yeah we've been together since I was 16 and I'm 18 now... it's hard to move on since we're so comfortable in this relationship, ya know?" She says looking at the table.
"So are there any special men in your life?" She now asks me with a smirk.

I now look at her. "Girl haven't dated since I was like 16 and I'm 18 also... I guess I haven't really looked for anyone" I say giggling.

"Come on you have to have your eyes on someone" She says smiling at me.

"Well...there's this really hot guy I met recently but I haven't got to know him yet" I say. I can't believe I was talking about Marshall! Shes literally his girlfriend!

"Well you better get to know him before he's not single anymore" she says.

"Well that's the thing... he's actually not single" I say. What the hell! I think to myself.

"Girl what? You better watch out! You don't want some crazy bitch coming after you" She says laughing.

"I would never be a home wrecker... he's just someone I noticed" I say not looking at her.

"Imma go to the bathroom right quick" I tell her and get up. As I weave through people I accidentally tripped on someone's foot.

"Damn, are you alright?" I open my eyes and I see I didn't fall on the ground but Marshall caught me before I could.

"Oh yeah... thank you" I say spacing myself away from him.

"Oh Rachel! I didn't realized it was you" He says to me now.

"Yeah" I say and giggle a little.

"I see Kim was getting annoying" He says smirking at me.

"Oh no I just had to use the restroom" I say and laugh.

"Alright well I'll let you go do that" He says smirking. I smile at him and use the restroom and head back to my seat where Kim is. I noticed she look very drunk, way more than she was before I left.

"Hey maybe you should go home and get some rest" I say to her taking her drink from her.

"Yeah I feel amazing though" She says and giggles.
"Hey sexy, get me a some water to go" She says yelling down the male bar tender.

"Kim what the fuck?" I hear Marshall from behind us.

"Marshall stop being so boring" Kim says as she sees Marshall.

"Hey I can help you get her home" I say looking at Marshall.

"That would be great" He says to me looking grateful.

Marshall pays for our drinks and picks up Kim bridal style and we get her into the backseat of his car. We quickly arrive at a trailer and we both get out and help Kim walk up the stairs.
I unlock the door with Marshall's keys and he carries her in the home heading to their bedroom I assume.
I take a moment to look around their trailer. It's small and a little messy but overall nice. They live in the same trailer park as me actually but a few rows over so it makes since that I've never met and seen them before.

"Hey did you leave your car at the bar?" Marshall comes out of the room and asks me.

"Oh no, I walked there and I actually live just a few rows over so I can just walk home" I say starting to walk towards the door.

"Let me walk you home, besides a girl like you shouldn't be walking alone at night in Detroit" He says grabbing my hand and walking us out the door.

"What do you mean a girl like me?" I asked a little offended.

"A beautiful girl" He says looking at me.

"Thanks but I don't think Kim would like you holding my hand and calling me beautiful" I say pulling my hand out of his.
