Once I take a shower, I slip my bathing suit on and a cover then walk downstairs. Emilia and Grace will be here soon. I definitely need to catch them up on everything... they also know what I do, as they are my best friends. Usually they visit about twice a year and it'll be nice to spend more time with them since I'll be here for a month.
As I walk into the kitchen, Sofia is already preparing some snacks for us. Luca is munching on an apple. Weird... I thought he was going with Papa?
"Aren't you supposed to be with Papa?" I ask.
"We're about to leave. He had a last minute phone call with someone." I simply nod then kiss Sofia on the cheek and tell her good morning. She smiles and hands me a bottle of wine. Ah she knows us so well.
"Grazi!" I walk outside towards the pool so I can set it down.
"Bella! They're here!" I hear Luca yell. Ooh! Time to set Grace and Luca up. They've always had a crush on each other but my brother has absolutely no balls. I quickly run into the kitchen with a huge smile on my face.
"Bella!" Em shouts as I hug them. Ugh it's been so long.
"I've missed you both." I admit.
"Us too. But you're here for a few weeks!" Grace says as we pull apart.
"Exactly! Ready to go swimming?" I ask. Grace looks over at my brother, who's already staring at her. Good heavens... he has no balls.
"Ah! Buongiorno ragazze!" Papa walks in, Vin and Steve trailing behind. I notice his eyes going over my body. I'm simply wearing a black cover up that is see through, so you can easily see my bikini.
"Buongiorno senior Romano, Vinny!" Papa kisses the girls on their cheeks.
"Oh who's this?" Grace asks.
"Steve Rogers, he's a new partner." Vin says.
"Nice to meet you Mr Rogers, I'm Grace and this is Emilia." He shakes their hands, a small smile on his face.
"Nice to meet you both." Once that's done, his eyes are back on me.
"Well we should be going! See you girls later." Papa and Vin walk out, but Steve and Luca stay.
"Um Grace... can I speak with you for a moment?" Luca asks. Is he finally going to ask her out?
"We'll be by the pool." I grab Em and drag her outside before she can ask questions.
"Ok, who is the hotty from America?! He's absolutely fine!" She squeaks as we walk outside.
