Once Upon a Dream - Joseph x Reader

[ Survivor Concept/Deductions ]

[Authors Note : This is a replication of the deductions that other hunters/survivors have, I have tried my best to make the deductions apply to anyone regardless of their appearance or traits ]

Story :

A young lady met a young boy alongside a beautiful lake, forested lands which would soon become the place where love will sprout. The young boy wore clothes of an aristocrat whilst the young girl was clothed in peasants clothing. Those kids did not care about forbidden relationships between different classes, they only cared for one another as if they were one... Their meeting was to be kept secret, however the meetings continued over the span of 6 months. A declaration of love was made. A ring was given to symbolize their love and their memories together. As their love remained a secret, however as tragedy as the Reign of Terror had struck and his parents forced him out of France. With a heavy heart, they said their last goodbyes. The young boy promised to make his return and run off with her so they can have their happily ever after... She had never learned his name, to conclude his promised return never came. As the time passed she became absorbed with her skill. With great passion and love she created many masterpieces which were then discretely sold to the higher classes discreetly. Smuggling such goods to be sold made a pretty profit. What good is the profit once you're caught and destined to die by guillotine?

Deductions :

1. Forbidden Meeting : When indulging in forbidden acts consequences come naturally...
Conclusion : The voice of an angel is heard by a wandering aristocrat. The two converse and spend an evening together watching the sunset. As time progresses, love blooms between them. An aristocrat and a peasant...

2. Revolution : They howled, and their torches lit up the sky.
Conclusion : Diary 1 - The start of something has led to the end of another. My love departs as the revolution begins and I'm left with a broken heart... We realize what's common in life can turn into something completely different.

3. Memories : It's been half a year and I can still recall every detail of him so vividly it starts to haunt me...
Conclusion : Ring - the symbol of everlasting love and hope for return...

4. Prosopagnosia : What day is it again? I cannot recall his face and I'm starting to lose hope of his return...
Conclusion : Diary 2 - It has been a long time since I last saw him. I cling to his memory... I cannot bear another day without him by my side.

5. Freedom : The revolution has ended
Conclusion : A year has passed since he has left... People fear death by the guillotine no more as the Revolution has come to an end.

6. Skilled Hands : Skilled hands come at the price of a curse.
Conclusion : Diary 3 - I must find something new to do to get me out of this place... They all say skills are what it takes to leave this place. The forest is the only place where I must find my motivation...

7. Success : The success that comes after achievements are not so glorious...
Conclusion : Rumors - Everyone says the girl has sold her soul to the devil for her gifted hands. The hands that seem to have come from the devil himself. Such a shame evil hands bear a ring that seemed to be bestowed from the heavens...

8. Serfdom : They say serfdom has been abolished, but why am I still tied to these lands?
Conclusion : I cannot leave.. Every time I muster my courage to leave this place and go after him something calls after me to stay. His voice haunts my dreams...however, I still cannot remember his face.

9. Monster : The voice that haunted my dreams told me to leave this place at once, but it's too late now...
Conclusion : A fellow noble caught me giving the goods I made to another noble.. She demanded that I be beheaded in the public's eye. People cheered for blood to be shed upon their lands. Humans are truly.. monsters.

10. Invitation : I was escorted out to a strange place, they say a mysterious man has persuaded the nobles to let me live, but nothing is ever free...
Conclusion : I was handed a letter from a strange messenger. The letter inside promised to give me conditional "eternal life" and have me set free from an execution...but if I decline my unworthy blood is to be shed on the lands of France...
