The next morning, I woke up to the sound of rain? I got up and looked out the window to see it pouring down rain. I laid back down checking my phone to see what time it is.
"8 AM. Great"
I then started checking out Tik Tok and snapping back a few people until I got up to get breakfast.
"Hi honey"
"Hi mom"
"I'm going to leave for work in a few minutes. You know, I don't know how long work will last"
"It's fine mom, I'll be fine"
"Okay, I'm going to leave some money out for you if you go out anywhere"
"Sounds good, love you mom"
"Love you too"
After mom had left, I made some waffles and just watched a Disney movie. Two hours later I got ready for the day and decided that I should go to 7 Eleven. I got my stuff and went out to my car and drove to 711 since it's pouring down rain. I drove just a few streets away and headed inside. I was walking in, and I decided to get some sour patch watermelon and a peace tea. I got my things and was about to head out until I ran into somebody.
"This is the second tim-"
"Y/n, you again"
"Oh, what's up sun boy?"
"Bout to get some snacks"
"Cool, cool"
"Hey-before you go can I maybe get your number?"
"Yeah, for sure, it's ..."
"Thanks"
"No problem. I'll see you around"
"Yeah, most definitely"
I walked away and headed into my car, driving back home. When I got back to the house, I laid down on the couch watching Tik Tok on my phone. Laying on the couch I finally got up and decided to take a shower. About 30 minutes later I was done in the shower, and I checked my phone to see a message from an unknown number.
*Unknown*: hey grocery girl, it's sunny lol
Y/n: ohhh whatchu up to sun boy?
Sun Boy: nothing much, playing COD, wbu?
Grocery Girl: Just got out of the shower lol
Sun Boy: nice so u tryna hang out tmrw at the skatepark?
Grocery Girl: yeah fs, just let me know what time u would like to go tmrw, I don't mind what time
Sun Boy: sounds good, I'll talk to u tmrw, see ya
Grocery Girl: bye :)
