Chapter 2

3rd Person POV

The war with Giants and Gaia was over. There were many losses. Especially Leo, he sacrificed himself to defeat Gaia. Other than that demigods were happy. They were eating dinner in the Dining Pavilion. Suddenly a bright light flashed and the remaining of the seven and Thalia and Nico were standing in the Olympians Throne room.

Everyone bowed except for Percy. He looked annoyed. Others looked at Percy as he was crazy expect for Annabeth, Thalia and Nico.

"Demigods," Zeus thundered and waited for dramatic effect "the Olympian Council has decided to offer you the godhood and another wish."

"Jason Grace, my son, you have made me proud. Do you accept the godhood?"

Jason looked at Piper who encouragingly nodded. "Yes father, I accept" Jason bowed.

"Very well, All Hail Jason Grace the god of wind, auras and storms."

"And now for your wish"

"I wish all of the minor gods to be worshipped with temples" Jason explained.

Zeus snapped his fingers. "Done."

"Piper McLean" Aphrodite called. "Do you accept godhood?"

"Yes mother"

"All Hail Piper McLean Goddess of Natural Beauty and Charmspeak"

Like that everyone became gods and goddesses and finally it came to Annabeth and Percy.

"Perseus Jackson, We have agreed to make you a god-"

Percy tried to interrupt but Zeus hushed him. "-however you have no say in this."

"And all of the gods will bless you with their powers, and you will have the full control of the sea with your father"

Before Percy could protest all of the gods shot beams at him.

"All Hail Perseus Jackson God of Riptides, Hurricanes, Heroes and Loyalty"

"Good." Zeus beamed. "Now for your wish"

"I wish for my mortal parents and the rest of the camp to have the partial immortality" Percy said.

"You can make your mortal parents immortal" Zeus stated "And as for the campers, they have been offered it."

Next Annabeth became the Goddess of battle strategy, and became full of knowledge.

"Now, off you go" The Council all flashed out except for Poseidon.

Percy turned to his friend and said, "You guys go, I'll catch up with you later"

His friends looked unsure but nodded and left.

"Hey dad" Percy said as he walked over to Poseidon. He had a smile plastered on his face.

"Hey Percy" Poseidon said smiling. "I just wanted to say I love you so much, and I am proud of you, You are a true son of the sea"

Percy's face immediately brightened. "Thanks dad." Just then thunder rumbled outside.

Poseidon looked outside. "Well, I better get going. Good Bye Percy" and he flashed out.

Percy went out of the throne room and saw his friends were nowhere to be seen. He thought about it a bit and it hit him. They were gods now so they could flash. He closed eyes and concentrated on Camp Half Blood. After he opened his eyes he was in the camp cabin.

Just then Chiron trotted over. "Percy, I think it's time you pay a visit to your mother"
