The power station in Acmetropolis which supplied electricity throughout the entire planet was going critical, Frelengian Regime robots were stealing a high-powered generator, lead by none other than Rev Runner's brother Rip Runner.
Rip: You flying metallic morons better hurry or someone might sound the alarm and alert the Loonatics
Regime Robot: Everything on schedule, Runner *lifts up a piece of the generator while three others help lift it up*
Rip: Steady, steady
As the robots were lifting with Rip observing, one of the power plant officials was secretly trying to get to the alarm
Badger: Gotta raise the alarm... *sneaks*
Rip: *sees him and sends an electric shock*
Badger: *struck by the bolt* Arrghh!! *crashed into the wall*
Rip: Ah ah ah, don't want anyone see us
Robot: *lands* Police are keeping civillians clear, no sign of Loonatics
Rip: Good
At the Loonatics Headquarters, the electricity was going on and off as a result of Rip and his group's interference at the power station
Duck: I can't see anything! *tries to find his way by waving his hands but then accidentally touches Lexi's face* Ace, is that you?
Lexi: Nope, I'm Lexi. Now, stop touching me!
Duck: *Lifts hands* Sorry! It's just dark in here
Ace: *uses his thermal vision* Guys, follow the sound of my voice
Rev: Where!? *Suddenly trips to a small chair* Ah! Oof!
Lexi: *Uses sonic hearing* Umm, Tech that's not a wall that's Slam
Tech: Wait, it is?
Slam: Yes
Tech: Crap, sorry big guy! That explains why the wall is soft
Zadavia: Loonatics?
Ace: Zadavia?
Zadavia: The outages are results of disturbance at the power station, an escapee has said a "crazy butt roadrunner and some robots" have taken over
Rev: N-No...I can't be
Zadavia: *Sighs sadly* I'm afraid it is, Rev. It's your brother, Rip
Rev: I...I can't fight him, he's my brother
Tech: Rev, we're in this together. You can't just stay here

The Loonatics take off in the SuperSonic Transporter, leaving Rev behind with Zadavia
Back at the powerhouse
Four robots carrying the generator enter a portal to Freleng, Rip and the remaining robots watch
Rip: Perfect! Boss would love this!
The SuperSonic Transporter flies over them, goes into hover mode and looks down
