Undertaker's P.O.V.

Humming, I sewed back on the arm of a corpse. Swishing back my hair over my shoulder I lick my lips. Hearing a page being turned made me smile. I've finally found her! After centuries, I've get to hear her voice. Smell her intoxicating natural scent. I can't wait until she remembers me! Smiling I work with renewed efforts. Smelling a tormented, yet innocent soul accompanied by a almost pitch black soul. Ciel Phantomhive and Sebastian Michaelis. Or commonly know as the Crow Prince.

Placing the needle down, I stood up. Making my way to the center coffin of the entire room, I plop down just as Ciel comes in. "Undertaker. I need some advice." He grimaced. Giving a small laugh, "You know the drill." Sebastian steps up and Ciel leaves the shop. Turning around, her vibrant eyes locked with mine. "Dearie~ Go with him please." I smile bigger. "I can't. It's too cold." She response. "It'll just take a few minutes. I promise Miss." Sebastian cuts in. He smiles at her, my blood starts to boil. How dare he! I mentally scream at him. She hop down and passing her book to me, she also left.

Sebastian told me story after story. Joke after joke. But nothing he said made me smile. He even tried the slipping over something trick. He resorted to transforming to his original form and danced like some drunk human. Trying to swallow my laugh but it came out anyway when he bite his lip and tried to look at me from underneath his lashes. I fell off backwards clutching my stomach and big fat tears rolling down my face. Feeling the air ripple I knew that he transformed back. And just in time too. Popping up I watch Ciel ignore us and head straight to the fire.

"I didn't open the door for you." I hear Evelyn say. Grinning so hard that my cheekbones start to hurt. She look at both of us and blushed. Bowing her head down, I notice little shivers making her body twist and shake. When she passed me I look over at Sebastian and notice that he was watching her. My smile disappear. Grabbing her, I press her to my chest. She struggle for a minute and then just stopped. She leaned even farther into me. Smirking at Sebastian, his eyes glowed pink for minute.

Ciel made his way over to us. "Now this is what you've wanted, right?" I ask in a comforting tone. Or at least tried too. Hearing Evelyn's breathing go deep and slow my smile came back. "We need you to come with us to India." Ciel says through gritted teeth. "And why is that~" I trailed off in a low pitch volume. "Because we think there's a retired shinigami killing off the royal lines." Sebastian said. "Are you positive about that~" My question went unanswered. Evelyn's breathing suddenly became shallow and short.

My heart skipped a beat. I touch her shoulder and even through the fabric of her dress, she wasn't the right temperature for humans. She was hotter. Quickly standing I cradle her to my chest and lightly trot to her bedroom. "Do you need help?" Sebastian's voice floated up to me. In response I growled at him. Placing her down I went to the bathroom and got some rags, the water basin, and an empty bucket. Filling the basin with water, I quickly put the rags in to soak them. Going back to Evelyn I sat the bucket where she can easily throw-up without having to move it. Taking a wet rag, I start to dab at her forehead.

Placing the rag on her neck I went to my room. Grabbing my blanket, I went and tucked her underneath it. I heard from a witch doctor long ago that if you get sick, just sweat it out.

I fell asleep after watching her for awhile.

Hearing the doorbell ring, I groggily sat up, my back creaking from being in a sitting position all night long. "Undertaker!" Ciel yelled. Swiftly standing I comb my hair with my fingers. Going to the front of the store I lean against the wall, watching Ciel's face go from curiosity to disgust. Evelyn didn't do that. Straightening up I decide to act as if I just got here. "Ah! If its my must value customer Ciel Phantomhive and his ever present servant, Sebastian Michaelis. How may I be of service today?~" I sing song to him. Getting a rise out of him would calm me down alittle. "Perhaps you can. We discussed the possibility of you going to India with us for a case." Ciel's anger made me gleeful. "A murder case you say. You also said that you think its a grim reaper." I frown, not many reapers would actually dare to kill a human that wasn't suppose to die.

"A retired one." Sebastian chimed in. Hmm.....well I have to go just in case. And Miss. White would send me on it if it was. So better go now willingly instead of being forced. "Evelyn's coming after she gets well. I'll be accompanying her." Ciel's face turned many different shades of red. Worth it.

Hearing a weak moan of pain, I began to usher them out. "H-hey! Stop shoving! Leave me alone!" Ciel screamed, while Sebastian just stayed quiet. Locking my door, I pull the shades down. Using my speed, I had made a bowl of soup for her and in her room feeding it to her in under less than three minutes. Another five minutes and she finished it all. Setting it to the side I lay down at the foot of the bed. Letting sleep take over me, I snuggle closer to the scent of Evelyn. I must remember to tell her about our trip to India.
