Being Re-Written

Dear Beloved Readers,

Don't panic.

This story is not and will not be abandoned.

It is being rewritten.

I started it this with barely a half-baked skeleton for a plot, to be honest, and have been winging it 100% ever since. HOWEVER, that is not the case anymore, and several plot holes and cringe-worthy incidents (especially in the early chapters) have been haunting my every waking moment since.

Therefore there is going a mini-hiatus period while I overhaul all of my current chapters, and won't be updating until I'm completely caught up to where I've published last (beginning of winter break.) I can't say it'll be the 21st chapter because of how I'm seeing it, there might be entirely new chapters.

But fear not! We will still have our darling, foul-mouthed and punky Dorothy, Mr. Superiority Complex Tom, and their utterly adorable, slightly toxic twinship that you'll love so much by the time that I'm done.

I have also piled a list -for your inner peace and curiosity- other things that will remain in the new, polished version of Sincerely, The Stranger You Call Sister:

* Dorothy will continue to write letters in each chapter.

* Tom is still a high-functioning sociopath.

* Dorothy is still paired with Abraxas Malfoy.

* The twins will still be known as the Gaunt Bastards come early first year.

* Abraxas Malfoy, Joseph Spademan, Lilith Fox, Barbara Armstrong, Minerva McGonagall, Kennth Turner, Alphard Black, Druella Roiser, Reinhard Lestrange, will still be important characters.

* Dorothy is still training for the Quidditch Team with Spademan.

* Dorothy is still a Slytherin.

* The twins will still be in the Duelling Club.

* Tom is going to have to learn how to share is older sister the hard way. (I promise you, an ass-whooping of the century coming his way, swift and brutal!)

* Dorothy is still a regular in the kitchen and besties with the House Elves.

* The Forest Incident.

There are probably others, more smaller bits and scenes that will hold (-if not completely the same as before-) but the above are the important, most time-relevant points.

I'm not going to publish an official 'New Story' either, because to be completely honest I just don't want to lose all of the reviews, followers, favourites, and communities that have subscribed to this one. Rather it'll be a massive replacement of all chapters at once.

When will this massive replacement take place?

As soon I've re-written what I have and am satisfied.

When will I finish re-writting it and be satisfied?

No clue!

But I'll try be best not to drag the hiatus on for too long.
