~Kathryn's POV~
"OH no my apple!" I heard someone yell. This week we had 8th graders in our lunch because of PARCC testing so I was assuming it was one of them. I saw someone get up. It was Cade. "Ooh Devon" I said with a smirk.
"Shut up, and you better not say ANYTHING!" She whisper yelled.
"I'm gonna go get my apple!" Cade said to his friends. The apple had rolled over to the boys table who sit behind us. So Cade thought it was easier to you know, just crawl under our table and go get his apple. So he did.
After he returned to his table all four of us started cracking up. "That was so funny!!!!" Kaetlyn and I said basically simultaneously. We do that a lot.
Over the microphone Mrs.E just told the 8th graders they needed to go test so they needed to bring their trays up, and that's when it happened.
"Oh my gosh!!!!" Kaetlyn and I yelled! "Did you just see that!?" Kaetlyn and I said looking at eachother. "Oh my gosh!!!!!" We screamed, yet again.
"What!?" Asked Alexis. "Yeah what!?" Questioned Devon just as anxious. "I'll tell them!" Kaetlyn said. "OKAYYYY!" I screamed!!
~Devon and Alexis's POV~
"Okay so Cade just brought his tray up and when he walked back he moved closer to Devon instead of walking in the middle! He brushed Devon's back and then went to his seat!!!!!" Whisper yelled Kaetlyn. "Yeah, kinda like this!" Kathryn got up and demonstrated.
"No he didn't! I didn't feel it!" I said. (Devon) "I believe it! He totally likes Devon so he obviously did!" I said. (Alexis) "Ugh no he did not!" I yelled quietly. (Devon)
~Kathryn's POV~
"Table 3, you may go." Said Mrs.E. "He totally did!" Said Kaetlyn and I getting up to leave. "Nope." Said Devon. In denial once again, and that was that.
