~Devon's POV~
Cade and I have come far enough in our relationship that we decided it was time to meet eachothers friends, so we set up a date to meet who meant the most to us. The top 4.
So I decided Cade will meet Kathryn, Alexis, Kaetlyn, and Kaitlyn. Cade told me I was going to get to meet Colton, Gage, Travis, and Hunter. Our date to meet? Today. Our destination? The beach.
Cade had told me we should go together and one of our friends should bring the other three. So Alexis was picking up Kathryn, Kaetlyn, and Kaitlyn, and Gage was picking up Colton, Travis, and Hunter. While Cade had texted me he would pick me up in about 45 minutes.
~Cade's POV~
I'm so excited for today. Devon and I are meeting eachothers top 4 friends!! We wanted to set up a date, so I picked today. For our location, she picked the beach. It was gonna be so much fun!!
~Devon's POV~
*Knock knock* I heard someone at the door. It was Cade. He looked so cute!! Ready to go? He asked with that grin on his face. Of course! I said smiling. We got in the car and began our journey! We were going to Crystal Beach, which was 20 minutes away from my house. We all planned to get there at about 2:15. Cade and I would probably be ten minutes early.
So, we arrived at the beach. There was actually a little bit of traffic so we were technically only 5 minutes early. So, Cade and I brought our stuff onto the beach and sat there together watching the sun, and the waves. It couldn't be more perfect.
~Cade's POV~
This couldn't be more perfect. Devon and I arrived 5 minutes early, as she informed me we would probably be, so we set our stuff up on the beach and sat down together to watch the sun, and the waves.
Devon? I asked to see if she was paying attention. Yes? She smiled. You are absolutely beautiful. I love you! I said. Nice one, I thought. Aweee, Cade! I love you too, and you are the most flawless boy ever! She replied with the biggest blush and smile. That's when I realized that by dating her, I was winning. I had just about everything I could ever need when I was with her.
~Alexis' POV~
WE'RE HERE!!! I yelled to Kathryn, Kaitlyn, and Kaetlyn who were all in the backseat. We all ran out of the car and down to where we saw Devon and Cade. Cade's arm around Devon of course. Devon leaning on Cade's shoulder.
~Gage's POV~
WE'RE HERE NOW!! I yelled to the backseat where there were a few eager teenage boys. Colton, Travis, and Hunter of course. Let's go!! I see Devon, Cade, and Devon's friends!
~Cade's POV~
HI EVERYONE! We're so happy that you all came! I said with a grin. So, lets all meet. Shall we? I'll introduce everyone. I said. Okay, Gage, Colton, Travis, and Hunter I said. This is Alexis, Kathryn, Kaitlyn, and Kaetlyn! I said pointing to each one of them. Alexis, Kathryn, Kaitlyn, and Kaetlyn I said. This is Gage, Colton, Travis, and Hunter! I said pointing to each one of them this time. OKAY! Glad that's over. I said relieved. LET'S HAVE SOME FUN!! I yelled.
~Devon's POV~
Let's start with some beach volleyball? I suggested. Girls Vs. Boys? I questioned. Challenge accepted! Said a grinning Cade. Let's just speed this up. The girls won, of course.
~Hunter's POV~
Well, all that was soooooo much fun! BUT I'M HUNGRY!! I shouted. Alright, here's some food I brought for us. Cade said.
~Cade's POV~
Well, wasn't that just a great day? I asked. YES!! Everyone yelled. Devon and I looked at each other and smiled. That's great! Devon said. By this point, after we did a TON of water and sand activities everyone actually ended up with someone. Devon and I of course. Kaetlyn and Colton, Kaitlyn and Hunter, Alexis and Travis, and Kathryn and Gage. I'm not really sure how that all worked out.
But, it was a perfect ending to a perfect day. My favorite part, was when everyone left and Devon and I were packing up. Not that part, but when we sat down on the beach, watched the sunset together, kissed a bit, and took off back home.
