Random Story Snippets (story starters)

These are just snippets of my writing, if you like you can use these as ideas for your own stories, because I'm never going to finish these, but please, make sure I get a mention.

Jason stood there panting, his chest heaving as he gulped down large lungfulls of air. His legs shook as the blood ran down his sides, his thick bushy tail, left limp, and bedraggled, barely lifted off the ground. The fight had left him worn out, physically and emotionally drained, but he knew his father wouldn't let up. Jacob was never soft enough to even allow for lunch breaks, regardless of how much either of the two wolves needed one.

She smiled kindly at him, "Listen Mika, if that is even your real name, I'm not interested, I'm sorry, but that's all there is to it" Mike looked at the ground, not trying to hide his disappointment, thinking if he could get the stubborn girl to feel sorry for him, she might go out with him through pity, he didn't care, as long as he got what he wanted, and at that point, all he wanted was this young waitress, standing before him, and rejecting his offer.

"Fine! Take the damn thing!" Tanya screeched, throwing the phone at her now ex-boyfriend, who stood in her door way, trying not to drop his things, while telling her she was making a mistake, that he was the best thing she'd ever had, and ever will.

The front doorbell rang loudly, it's familiar chime spreading throughout the house, and creeping into David's dreams, he awoke with a start, before groaning and rubbing his face, he'd been dreaming about that girl again, the girl with the beautiful long brown hair, and a habit to cracking her fingers, or picking up a book and reading from when the sun arose, and the moon chased it from it's perch in the sky. He shook his head of thoughts of the girl, and went to answer the door.
