I ran all the way home. Once I made it back, I was panting. I sighed and walked in the house.
Emilia greeted me and asked about my day. I told her about Usui and told her about Maou.
"Jealous jerk." She scoffed. "Whatever, ignore him." She added.
I nodded in agreement. "I should call him." I said. "Who, Maou or Usui?" Emilia asked.
"Usui, duh." I laughed and took out my phone. I dialed Usui's number and waited.
"Hey, Isha-chan. Couldn't wait to hear from me again?" Usui answered on the third ring.
"No." I cooed. "Just wanted to see what's up." I said.
"Oh, then nothing. Was that your yell when I left?" He asked.
"Yeah. I was yelling at my... Ex-friend." I sighed.
"Oh, let me guess... He likes you, you liked him, now you like me and now he's jealous?" He asked.
"Yes. Wait! No!" I turned red on the phone. "I don't like you." I said.
"Sureeeeeeee...." He said.
"I don't!" I defended.
"Alright, alright. Listen, are you free tomorrow?" He asked.
"Yep. Why?" I asked.
"Well... I have two tickets to a concert. Wanna go?" He asked.
"Wow! Yeah, thanks!" I exclaimed.
"You're welcome. I'll pick you up at 3?" He asked.
"Sure. See you then."
"Bye." He said and hung up.
I put my phone away and smiled.
"Someone has a date~" Emi cooed.
"Shut up." I said.
