Chapter twenty-eight: hello

I don't know why, but now that I know I like Anti, I had to go visit Maou.

It started raining. Of course, right?

I began to run.

Until I made it back to that spot.

The same spot where Usui abused me.

I took in a deep breath and kept running.

I didn't get hit, yay!

My feet walked for me, and I soon made it to his house.

I kinda facepalmed myself, because I forgot how pathetic his house is.

I braced myself for the worst and knocked on his door.

"Got it!" I heard Maou say.

Oh god, am I ready for this?

Should I run?

I should.

No, I won't. I can do this. Believe in yourself, Y/N.

Maou opened up and his eyes went wide.

His pupils went small and he couldn't say anything.

He was wearing a plain old white shirt with jeans. Blah blah blah.

"Hey." I manage to say something.

"H-hey." He said back.

"Man, it's been a while, huh?" I said as I looked to my side.

"Yeah. Why are you here?" He asked, kinda coldly.

I was kinda hurt by this. "I, uh. I just wanted to see you all." I said.

"Emi's coming over soon. You need to leave." He said and closed the door in my face.

I stared at the door.

I knocked again.

Maou answered again. "What?"

"I come here, in the rain, with NO umbrella nor car, and try to be friendly with you, and you be rude and close the door in my face? Maou, I'm making the effort here." I defended.

"Isha, just leave." Maou rolled his eyes.

"M-Maou..." I began to tear up. With tears in my eyes, I said:

"It's your fault I'm in the Bronze Loyal's. All your fault!" I yelled at him, actually.

"How?" He asked.

"You're going out with Emi!" I hissed.

"So?" He yelled.

"You know what Maou? Huh? I'm done with you. Come find me when you realize you're an-" after cursing him out, now crying, I spun the other way and down the stairs.

Of course, I had to trip. I fell, but got right back up and ran back to the Gang House.
