A/N: Hi! Sorry for not updating, I'll try to write more but I can only write if I have any ideas and/or if I have the time. This chapter is a tad short but the next one is coming soon!

"For the foundational hero course skills today, it was decided that you'll be supervised by a three-man team of me, All Might and someone else." Mr Aizawa yawns. "Sensei! What are we doing today?" Sero asks, drawing your attention from staring out the window. "We're doing the second study of Hero Course, Rescue Training." He takes out a card similar to the one that said 'BATTLE', but this one has the word 'RESCUE' on it in bold blue letters. "Change into your hero costumes and meet me outside." Aizawa dismisses your class, causing ruckus among the conversations as you take your suitcases.

"What do you think we're doing today?" Toru skips next to you, her 'floating' uniform bobbing up and down besides you. "Rescue trials? I mean, it was pretty self-explanatory." You say, confusion clouding your face. "Party pooper. I meant, what fun things are we gonna do today?" She pouts, figurative steam puffing out of her head. "You're no fun when it comes to jokes and puns, Hyoga-san." Toru stomps, imitating a 6 year old. You flinch subconsciously. "Don't call me that," You tell her, your voice cool as ice yet so full of silent rage inside. "Just Nensho, thanks." You strut away, leaving an air of tension behind you.

I can't let anyone call me by my first name, you repeat to yourself, They'll get used to it, then they'll ask why my name is Hyoga if my quirk is just fire to them. I'll never use my ice, the ice that almost tore my entire family into shreds. I won't risk that with my brother, my mother and my stupid father again.

You walk to the corner of the changing room and change into your hero suit quietly, avoiding any attention. You pull your vest on and exit with Mina, who is chattering excitedly to Toru, who seems to have forgotten your small argument, occasionally trying to drag you into whatever conversation they are having.

"Class 1A! Please form two lines in your seat order and enter the bus in an orderly manner!" Iida yells, a whistle in his mouth and his arm waving nonstop as he stands in front of the bus. You follow suit, only to realise that the bus had an entirely different layout. By the time you get on, there are no seats left except the one next to Todoroki. Oh great. The one person I don't know how to talk to. You sigh and walk over to him, who has his eyes closed. "Can I sit here?" You say, avoiding eye contact and shifting uncomfortably. He half-opens his eyes, looks at you for half a second then nods. You scoot onto the seat.

"This open layout of the bus ruined my plan!" Iida complains, his face in his hands. "You can chill, Iida." Kirishima tells him, laughing slightly as Tsuyu turns around. "If we're stating the obvious, then I'd like to say something, about you, Midoriya." "Huh?" Deku panics and shuffles around awkwardly. Your ears perk up.

"Your quirk kind of reminds me of All Might." You almost falls out of your seat at that remark, needing Todoroki to pull you back by the arm, followed by a few small complaints. "Y-you think so, Asui?" "I told you to call me Tsuyu." The frog girl blinks at the boy.

"Hang on, Tsuyu!" Kirishima interrupted. "All Might doesn't break his arm when he uses his quirk," He begins, but drowsiness overcomes you, probably from waking up so early out of anticipation for school.

Your eyelids flutter down as you drift off to sleep.

Todoroki's mind wanders aimlessly as the conversations of his peers floats around the space of the bus. He looks out the window and rests his chin on the base of his palm, sighing lightly. All Might. The sworn enemy of his father. He doesn't know what to think of the number 1 hero. His father disapproves of any liking aimed towards his rival, but Endeavor's popularity rate is never at the top. Why am I thinking of my old man right now? Just because that girl has that similar power, because she has that fire, I can't focus properly. It's her fault that-
