Amber didn't bother to go home until late Sunday evening after cooking for her family, just about the same time she got in the door Bart got home he came in the kitchen while she was putting the things she bring back from her parents cake mainly because it was a big enough cake and for those who were there feast on what desired them, Monique had cut a portion to take home with that amount her parents and brother has today  "no, no wait let Amber take home some" Debbie had said telling her dad and brother, simond got up and packed up some for her she took one full bottle of champagne some wine and other finger food that was left back, she was turning to leave the kitchen when she bumps in to Bart, "I'm sorry" she said
"No problem" he responded "is that cake?" He asked Amber knew his sweet tooth amd his excess crave for it, "Ah yeah"  she nod to him "there's cake of Crouse, the cake was a gift from Mr Turner" Amber let it be known, "he baked it himself" she saw the look Bart  cave pretending not to notice the surprise look she went walking around him he turn and look at her but she didn't look back, he followed  her into the living room watch her took the stairs before going back to the kitchen to see about the cake she had just packed in the refrigerator he help himself to a large slice and pour out some of the open wine Amber change and came down just as she was coming in the kitchen she saw Bart finishing a piece of the cake going for another slice Amber stood to watch him  licking his fingers as a piece caught it "she wondered how  he knew Liam made it and  still  he eats it she lean against the door jam watching him get on with it, a smile on her face thinking how she would never be caught eating from a person she doesn't approve of but Bart was caring not he was  just enjoying it, Amber left the door walking into the kitchen Bart look at her realized he got caught he wipe his mouth close the refrigerator and hurry out the kitchen Amber smile to herself she shook her head,
Monday morning soon as Amber greet Monique she  break it to her they laugh together about it, you  mean he knew the boss made it?"
"I was sure to tell him"
Monique giggle slapping Amber as they laugh "couldn't you take his picture?" Monique asked
"I wish I could" Amber said
they got to their floor and they both saw Bart going in his office Monique grin slap Amber again Amber put her lips on her finger walking to her office,
throughout the entire day Bart being questioned about the party which he didn't attend
"What happened to you Saturday night you weren't at your fiance's parents party" Joshua asked
"You went!?" Bart asked Joshua nod "it turned out awesome"
"Really was the boss there?" Bart asked
"No he wasn't"
Bart wondered how comes he wasn't there behind Monique "he wasn't how why wasn't he?"
"Keith said he has business out of town"
"Keith... ah ho, so he and Keith started sharing information now, I knew Keith is a suck up I can imagine  what he says about me and you to the boss behind our back don't be surprised if we got demoted"
"Am I to tell you" Joshua asked
"Hey man what's up Bart" Keith asked
"I'm here looking at you"
"We're you sick the other night for we didn't see you at miss lopez family thing"
"I had stuff" Bart said
Keith nod
"Since it seems all the members of risk financial company had attended I don't think there was any room there for me" Bart said rudely "catch you later he addressed Joshua turned and left without saying anything to Keith, Joshua look at Keith then he too walk away, Monique had ordered lunch for herself and Amber it was when she came through the office door Amber realized the day had gone so far, "hear from the boss?" Monique asked
"He's not in office?" Amber asked Monique shook her head,
"Maybe he's not coming today" Amber said
"What you think could have kept him?" Monique asked
"To be honest I don't want to think of anything it's only going to put me on hedge" Amber said Monique grin "see you later"
"Yeah do your thing" Monique closed the door as she stepped out Amber said she didn't want to think but she suddenly became concerned where she started thinking of Liam again with Anita then she's seeing them together as friends another woman drawn up in her mind  making her confuse"
She sigh a big sigh, they were leaving in the evening and still no liam, Amber had received no phone call from him not even a text message but she didn't call him she got home to an empty house although her fiance had left a head of her today thinking he's gone to his mother it came back to her what Monique said about him cheating wondered if there could be a possibility he is shocking down with some other women and she could get evidence by pulling his thing out and check for liquid substance guess she ain't going to find out, she fix a quick meal eggs and noodles with chicken breast screw in cranberry juice with lemonade as she relax she turn the TV on,
Liam arrived late evening since he had to cancel his flight and came in on one of his private jets the ambassador sent for him to have breakfast this morning in his mansion had him there for a while he left had a late lunch with the the head of business management right before leaving he swing by Anita and from her place to the air strip of his private jet, "rogue happy whinging brought Millicent out the kitchen Liam was on his knees hugging rogue as she dance and wagged her tail "Sir you're home how was your trip?" Millicent question
"Ha ha" he pant as he got off the floor he rest his hands  on his hips letting his shoulder fall, "tiring" he said brewed and pretend to wipe sweat"
Millicent smile "have you eaten sir?"
"Not since lunch time" he said sitting on the couch rogue climb next to "so how was your weekend?" Liam ask
"It was wonderful I was invited to the lopez's home for their anniversary party"
"Oh you did that's great so how was it?"
"Turned out wonderful it was well supported by people from your office"
"Wow!" He responded
"They were crazy about the cake and the cookies but sir the cake was great" Millicent said Liam smile "thank you Millicent"
She smile, "you know I could get you a slice"
"Of the cake?"
"Miss Amber gave me a small amount to take home, I had such a good time even rogue enjoyed herself,  didn't you girl?"
Rogue bark woff woff wagged her tail
Liam smile he nod to Millicent, "I'll have some with some lemonade"
Millicent turn to the kitchen she came back with the cake and lemonade to give to  he opened his phone to see Amber pictures he smile as he look at it, he text her on normal message "Can you talk?" He messaged Amber felt her body shiver as her blood ran cold she calls him up on Skype he open the call grinning as he wave, "babe" he said
"Hey" Amber said
"You missing me?" He asked
"You staying the week in Chicago?" Amber asked
"Want to come?"
"Am alright"
"That's not the question sweets"
"When you coming back?"
"Maybe next week I'm not sure"
Amber though do I really have to wait for next week to see him,
"I can get you on a flight soon as you say the word yes" Millicent was walking  through she heard him on the phone much as she wasn't easedropping she could heard what was being said
"Soon as you gets here I'll put my arms around you hold you close then I'll kiss you whisper softly in your ear as I make love to you kissing and caressing your body I want to be so deep into you" he said Amber shiver down to her knees the sharp intake of breath let him know she's getting heated, "ever have phone sex?" He asked Amber breath deeply "no and I don't want to"
"I know how much you love the real thing inside of you and I love being inside of you I became so comfortable I often loose myself like I have no control over what happened next"
"It's not like you want to have no self control" Amber said Liam giggle "so you going to come over and give yourself to me?"
Amber sat biting on her nails the emotions she was feeling right now was heating up between her legs like a volcano   eruption the way she felt like a vulture ready to eat... him up , "say you will come"
"I want to give, give myself, myself to you, to you, but, but I can come" Amber shakeyly told him Liam could hear the emotions in her voice as she spoke, "Ok my sweet Amber save it all until I get there" Amber close her eyes "I love you"
"Same here"
Liam wondered why she's afraid to say the words but didn't bother her anymore she "message me"
"Ok" Amber said "liam" Amber called
"Yes I'm still here"
"Don't bother"
"You okay?"
Amber didn't gave a reply
"Hey don't worry about nothing I told you that already so later right?" He hang up on his very last words Amber sigh laying hard on her back in the sofa she held her face and muffled her scream, Bart walk in just about a minute to mid night Amber didn't even realize it was so late she haven't been talking to Liam for that long she sigh stretched herself push off the sofa going by Bart who stood looking at her he turn to watch her he took the place she was on the sofa having no feelings to clime into bed tonight he was just coming in from seeing polly who fell in the mode tonight and he had to be there to fix that he smile to himself remembering her he look up rhe stairs thinking if Amber believes she can hold out on him she has another season coming, he's going to move back in with his mother and then she's going to see what holding off can do for he was sure she wasn't going to be able to pay the rent by herself while taking care of her family and buy new clothes every month he was going to leave the job too then they might not see each other again he'll go a head and change his cellphone number that when she goes bankrupt she won't call to ask him for a penny,
Polly grin as she take the call at one am it was this time of night prince call her up every night after leaving the job prince Murphy was is of the top police agent assigned to the anti crime force he was head of the department who protected her father polly had like him like for ever since that first day he walked in her father's office to give instructions to the other members of the team he was charming very charming unlike Bart which she's seeing prince didn't have money in his family but he got good moral and was a go getter not a mama's boy she kept him quiet for her parents and the Wilson's has this enormous bond something they want their children to have and cora was a pusher and insisted on her son  marrying her, she played a long for the reputation of the family but wasn't sure for how long she will run and hide from her true love she had finally gotten the chance the other day to truly spent time with him for after so long her dad gave him three days and it was a wild three days days she's looking to get more often and less of those with Bart who claim to have it all,
Amber Park her car in her spot since Liam had told her he wasn't coming before next week she wasn't looking for his car she got french latta for just her this  morning  she was coming back when Monique came up they smile and greet each other "I heard from the boss he's not coming before next week" Amber told Monique
"But isn't that is car?" Monique asked Amber turned roll her eyes and sigh "he's such a lier" she complained
"So you going to get more latta?"
Amber shook her head
"You know he's going to need it right?"
"Alright Mr Turner's nice and shinning armor" Amber said giving her the cup to hold went back for another latta Monique smile when she came back, "So how is Gregory?" Amber asked as they walk to the inside going towards the elevator
"He call this morning complained of tiredness"
"Because of the party?"
"I work him hard since Friday evening worked him even harder Saturday night into Sunday night" Monique said Amber grin, "I think the liquors Saturday has nature in them"
"Yes they do liquors are made from nature" Amber said
Monique giggle
"Conference room meeting" Abigail told them when they got to their floor
"Meeting?" Monique and Amber asked
"Yes now" Abigail ushered them "don't just stand there the boss said as everyone comes don't let him think I'm not doing my job" Amber smile takes Monique's hand and went to conference room when they entered Liam was in a deep conversation with Joshua Amber wondered what the conversation was about then she recall he's the head person of the board of management, liams head was leaning forward as he motion with his hand Bart sat in his seat focusing on them as if reading their lips the room was full when he noticed Amber was present in the room "miss Lopez just the person I want to see" he face her first he admire her hair down  "miss Lopez that's a real nice hair do I like  it hope you plan on keeping it for a while" Amber look at him he smile "there's something I need to discuss with you" he pulled her to a corner in the room his hand around her shoulder as they talk he gave her a folder he was finished telling her the reason for the meeting highlighted a few things Amber nod, "you know I could kiss you right now, you smell so good so sweet"
Amber side look him then walk away she remained standing while every one else sat Liam being  the last to sit down he  picked up his phone soon as he sat to message Amber
"Good morning everyone Mr Turner" Amber said looking over at him the text message came on her phone and she pause to read she look back at Liam seeing it's him who text "you really look pretty" she read and put it away
"As I was saying Mr Turner" she said  Liam's sir name ones more just then  another text çomes in "come kiss me in my office"
Amber shrugged put the phone away "Mr Turner had called this meeting" she said but got distracted by another text message "soon as the meeting is over" she put the phone away trying not to look at him "this meeting is to inform you about the growth of the company"
Another text message came on her cellphone Bart turn to look at her as she was aware not only him but other board members as well this time his text message read said "Probably you can sit on it"
"I'm aware you love sitting on it"
They came separately one aftern the other, Amber can't believe him to be doing this in the middle of the meeting as she was speaking she couldn't help but to giggle at the thoughts of him acting so childish  all eyes turn to her when she giggle, she lift her head to see Liam looking at her he turn his head she and Monique caught eyes and she made a face,  it didn't seems he was going to stop so Amber shut the phone off left it on the  table, Liam saw she was not available but continued to text "I want to be in your arms"
"Miss being in your arms"
"I  long to be inside of you"
"Want to be inside of you
Try and  make it possible"
"In my office asap"
He send a dozen smiling faces then quit
"I'm sorry once again as I was saying "Mr Turner had called this meeting to inform you about the growth of the company we are all aware that since Mr Turner took over risk financial company we have our  very own engineering department run by no other Mr Riley Mr Turner is pleased to say he's a person to be reckoned with so far Mr Riley has been working overtime here and there but recently he together with Mr Turner had signed with the metrarail station tri-rail which is the biggest train station of all for it serving not just Miami but forlauderdale and west palm beach, and to think they have hired our engineers to keep their stations maintain means we're seeing bright right?"
Abigail and Monique shout "woot" while clapping the others join in "amd be off of Mr Turner and the board of management   we want to recognize Mr Riley for his hard work and management" they clap again, "Mr Keith Riley please stand up" Amber said with a smile "your reward will come" she said when Keith stood up he nod then sat back "Mr Trenton you're doing an excellent job at the construction department I myself want to say you're some one who takes criticism and work work with it you stand for what you believe and was never ashamed to accept defeat but today I can say for the time I've worked with you I see you grow tremendously you're no longer defeated you're undefeated now" Basil stood and they cheer him
"And so we recognize those people in our small designers corner who's been working hard over the months on limited time but I must tell you we now have jackets with out company's logo on" liam stood up showing off his Amber was just noticing he wore one  it look amazing he was in all he wore he seems to wear  no other but designers clothing as if they made on him,
"Wow!" A few of that marveling sounded went around the table "you my turning around for them to display?" Amber asked him he turned for them to see "look at how lovely the male jackets look I'm sure you guys all going to hurry up to get yours they're ready for your purchase please see Mr or  Mrs March as soon as you're ready"
"What about the ones for the ladies?" Lafayette asked Amber look around the table then at liam
"Mrs March"  liam said Mrs March got up to hand him  a small bag which he gave to Amber she removed her jacket she has been proudly wearing since Liam gave her two months ago or almost  Liam took it a long with the folder to free her hand for her to fit in the company jacket soon as she was set in it some woman's voice said "way to go girl looking amazing"  clapping for her,
"Yeah!" Monique said
"Go on now and get yours" Amber said
Liam hand her back the folder but hang on to the jacket, "Ok so the company has Decided to target three places for our charity investment we already got our three places the girls home on Collins Avenue a children's hospital in krome Avenue both names I've mentioned has strong building facilities for Mr Roman Edward had recently gave help to the organization to fix the buildings"
"Wait a minute" Liam stop her, "roman Edward?" He asked
"Yes sir Mr Edward has been fresh in Miami he's a retired pilot from Washington state, at least that's where he came from to come to Miami"
"You've met Roman Edward?" Liam asked
"While checking out the organization he learned he's the last person to sponsor those two buildings we decide to investigate him to find out his story
"He sent me an email that read, growing up as the oldest child for my parents with three younger children and in a pour family"
Liam ease back in his chair "my family didn't have money riches or wealth but my mother never stop praying it was on meeting this one particular person who then became my savor my angel his family has it and weren't afraid to share it they became a friend my family never dream of having college I didn't dream of going but I've with their help today I've break that chain of poverty because of those great people that one little young man, though I'm not much older than him, (smile) what I'm doing today isn't for myself but I'm definitely doing it from my heart for what that young man as share with me  share with  my family how he share his family with me and my family  has truly inspired me to give I know that helping people in this world can pave a new path for someone for someone had help me and today I'm the man I would want to be properly would never be but here I am" she took a deep breath heard Liam took one also, "that's motivating isn't it?" Amber asked
"Mmm" some say clapping Liam rest is cheek in his palm looking at Amber, "Monique, miss Fuentes has so asked that one day he'll drop in to visit and share is inspiring story maybe we can sit and talk about doing some charity together he believes it's such a good idea let's see how that works, Liam  nod, "so we would like to organize a fun raisers in May my suggestion is that we have a ball, fine a few business ambassador, tycoons sent them invites as them to donate something we don't need to give each person a dedicated amount just tell them our target watch and wait"
"How about a auction
There's a few sexy males in the house" some one said "we can sell them for the night"
"Mr Turner is hot" someone else said
Liams held up his hand dismissed that idea it's good a suggestion but maybe for the next event but Ladies I must worn you "don't do one night stand so if you're going to bid for me prepared to marry  me" Amber heard all the women in the conference room giggling and whispering it went on for a while until she clear her throat taking them back to the business that was at hand the donation ball having come to the agreement to do the auction sometime in the summer Liam decided to make the contacts having some people he knew will be willing and suggest that they invite Mr Edward as he himself could but he leave it up to Monique and Amber who has discovered him to do the honors with that confirmed they moved on to finish other things which were to be addressed.
