Well there I was, me, Emilia Jane M, sitting on the bottom step of the stairs at night all because of Sherlock's constant rambling of nothingness as I was trying my best to get some sleep since I still need to move my stuff into my room -thanks to Mrs Hudson for being kind by letting me rent out the room downstairs-. I mean, you try to sleep on the sofa and just his breathing can put you off a night's sleep!
He must have been waiting for John, or so I presumed. Suddenly there was a noise at the front door, shortly followed by a slamming of the door. Clearly, I wasn't the only person not having a good night. Glancing up to meet the face of this loud stranger, I saw the familiar face of Mr Watson. Upon noticing him I jolted right up as to make enough space for him to go up the staircase "John are you alright?" I questioned as my eyes focused on his facial expressions carefully, a mixture of sadness and...Anger.
He looked back at me, nodding "yeah, yeah I'm...Fine" he lied. He wasn't fine, something happened and I want to know before, the smartarse, Sherlock makes it worse with his 'deducing'.
"If there is something wrong, you can talk to me. I know we don't exactly know each other very well. But, I'm told I am a good listener"
"I...Thank you for caring, I really appreciate it but I am fine" he walked around me, approaching the stairs. I reached out and grabbed his arm.
"Tell me, John, it's not going to get any better if you don't talk to someone about it and right now I'm probably the best person to talk to," I told him.
He sighed "fine," I let go of his arm as he turned around to face me. "By the time I had got there I saw her with...With some man, they kissed so I got pissed and that is that." He briefly explained, looking down at the floor like a kicked puppy that was left out in the rain, almost as if he believed he had a chance with her like there was a connection between him and her.
Without a second thought, I brought him into my arms, comforting. "Don't fret about it" I pulled away, looking up at him "you deserve someone much better than her, John and the last I checked, there was still plenty of fish in the sea of London" I added.
"..I think I actually needed that, thank you"
I smiled as his gaze met mine. "Come on, go to your room and try to sleep. Big day tomorrow" I told him, strolling over to the door of my new, unfurnished room.
"Won't you be coming with us?" Asked John, his voice reaching me from behind.
I turned around, stopping at my door with my hand on the doorknob "I have a feeling that Sherlock..Distastes my presence. Plus, I still need to finish my room," I opened the door, "goodnight John" I said with a smile as shut the door, only to let out an exhausted sigh once out of earshot. Grabbing my phone, I checked if there was anything new. There wasn't. Which was another good thing to come out of today, cause I do not want to deal with him again.
I slowly slumped down against one of the walls and searched through my bag in the hopes of finding that darn laptop of mine, what's the worst that can happen from a little writing? Well a lot of things, like if he found out you were writing again he might just do something worse than last time. You do remember last time, right? Of course, I do, which is exactly why I am doing this, now for the last time today shut up. But you know I can't because I'm part of you, I am you, you need me for you to be able to think and make deductions. Leave me alone! I'd rather you stop enforcing your psychotic and stupid ideas on me and leave me alone!...Silence, just how I like it, no more voices in my head to keep saying stupid things.
March 25th
Firstly I should apologise to those who did read my blog and were wondering where I had gone to for the past year but it was only because there was a slight big issue at home with my family and I'd rather not go into too much depth about it since that would only bore you guys, secondly hello if you've just come across my blog and are new here don't suspect much from this blog about my life seeing as most of my life is quite boring so not much really happens.
Anyway on to what happened today. Today I went to 221b, Baker Street to see the world's only consulting detective(who I will add is extremely intelligent but lazy and sometimes annoying and doesn't like human contact as much) about a certain case I had for him about a girl called Claire Fillest Bennett who was murdered, well the police say she committed suicide but I know she was murdered but I just needed to prove it and find the killer so I came to the one and only Sherlock Holmes! Unfortunately by the time I had arrived he was already out with a colleague/"friend"/roommate Dr John H Watson, so instead I was greeted by a nice and kind lady called Mrs Hudson who is their landlady well I suppose she is my landlady as well now. Anyway when Sherlock and John got back I was already there since I had been waiting patiently for them and when I had presented my case to him, he declined at first but after going into more detail about it he changed his mind and decided to take the case and now I guess you can say helping with the case as well.
Now I would tell you guys what happened but at the moment it will be kept secret until the killer is caught, this is just my decision, not anyone else's, but anyway now I'm living in the same building as them and let me just tell you that living under the same roof as Sherlock Holmes is not easy but John is perfectly fine. I think me and him will get along okay soon. But, I best get some rest for now.
So goodbye everyone,
