Your POV:

Upon waking up just as the Sun peeks over the horizon I stretch away the sleep in foreign sheets of a hotel bed. The silk blend peeling away from my skin as I swing my feet over the edge, cold filmy air is quick to nip against any exposed skin.

Beyond the sheer curtains, I make out a vague Jimin-shaped figure on the balcony. The tiny crack he left open between the sliding doors and the wall enough to let in a wisp of ashy smoke. A thin trail that normally wouldn't be detectable to an untrained nose.

I hurry over to the bathroom to do all things necessary before scampering over to the glass doors that separates the room and the balcony, sneaking a glimpse outside.

The balcony itself small and secluded, like a corner cut into the rectangular hotel room. A metal bench rested by the left wall, with painted ivory tendrils overlapping each other and cushion seats for a splash of colour. Atop those cushions a plate of yesterdays room service leftovers now re-heated and half eaten.

And on the complete opposite end he stood. Red hair pushed away from his face with ghost remnants of tunnels in his red locks, a clear sign he's excessively run his fingers through them again. His face showing easy telltale signs that he didn't sleep too well yet is weirdly serene as he watches the first sunlight kiss the skyline.

Ebony irises somehow contemplative as he exhales a light puff of smoke through his nostrils, a single cigarette carelessly clasped between his lips as if he's almost forgotten about it there in the first place. In spite of the bothersome cold outside he wore nothing other than the simple black tanktop and grey sweatpants his manager had given him. He was wearing nothing outstanding, doing nothing but the bare minimum yet in the moment a thought I'd been forcing away from my mind became the only one present.

Park Jimin is stunning.

As if he could hear me say his name, his head lazily turns over to me with an eyebrow slightly raised.

"Sorry, did the smell bother you?"

He puts it out even before I reply, his movements a little awkward, a scratchy cough leaving him as he fans the air around him. Something regular smokers wouldn't do.

I ignore the slight ripple of his bare biceps as he does. Park Jimin can be as stunning as he wants, I still shouldn't think this way about my human assignment.

Eventhough I receive the translation in my ears almost immediately, I don't know what to say.

'Hey, so whos the group of photographers who mobbed us yesterday?' Didn't fit with the atmosphere of wispy morning fog, dewy air that smelled of petrichor and just a hint of cigarettes and the filmy light of dawn.
