Chap 4.

Pip pov

i sat in the darkness of this so called dreamworld, i sighed as i scanned my surrounding's i did this each day nothing new just darkness.

was this limbo? well it quite can't be or else people wouldn't be visting me.

the faint noise of beeping of machines rang in my dream-world, i don't know how long i've been here in the real world.. perhaps a year?

i atleast had to try to leave this world.

i desperately moved my body in the dreamworld, i gasped and shot up.

i lifted up my arm showing wires and tubes connected to me, it appeared to be night i was happy not just cause i woke up from a coma because i finally see something that isnt just pitch darkness.

i coughed for a moment before reaching towards a glass of water that had been resting on my side table, perhaps the  nurse leave one every night not quite sure.

with shaky hands i sipped the water, due to me not moving for awhile i suppose my body lacked the movement it used to have.

i sat in bed as i watched the clock ticked, i didnt wanna sleep i was far from tired.

but i doubt i had the strength to get up and walk.

so i just sat and watch hours ticked by, i soon slumped back into my bed with a rather not tired yawn.

before slipping into a light slumber, i had always been a light sleeper.

i woke to the opening of my door, i sat upwards to see a nurse gasp and drop the tray of food she had carried.

i saw her run off, perhaps to tell a higher rank.

i saw a doctor walk in, ' ah yes phillip pirrup i see you have awoken, that is wonderful i will have you're sister alerted right away. ' the doctor spoke while writing something down on the notepad he had carried.

' oh yes- jolly good thank you doctor ' i said in a soft tone before another cough came from my throat.

' we should catch you up on physically therapy as soon as possible but we must make sure you are fit, a month of not moving may make you lack skills of movement. '

I gasped sure I'd thought it would be a long time Since I went into a coma but a month?

' oh yes yes of course, ' I gave a slight smile as I reached for the half drinken water.

I grasped the cup, bringing it towards my mouth taking a sip.

i just laid in my bed, watching time tick by.

soon someone had entered my room, ah wonderful my bitch of a sister come to get me.

" you imbecile! you.." i heard her say to me though i just tuned her out.

i sighed, gulping down the water, my shaky hand putting it down on table next to me.

I just laid there, not listening to my sister anymore. Soon they just plopped me in a wheelchair and well..wheeled me to my sisters car.

It was nothing special a extremely old rundown model, I was surprised myself it still worked.

They helped me into the backseat my sister closed the door, I twisted the cork on the side to lower the window.

I heard my sister mutter insults under her breath to the car that struggled to start up before finally managing to do so, then we well..drove off home.

she helped me out of the car, which surprised me slightly I'd thought she would just make me walk not having a care in the world if I fell down.

She helped me towards my room, laying me down on the mattress.

" class, as you all know pip has been on absent but he is back. Hopefully there will be no more issues " the teacher cut himself off.

I just entered the room after the teacher finished with his rambling, I just gave a slight wave to the class and made my way to my usual seat.
