Chapter 1 The starting of everything.

I would like to state here and now that I'm doing this by using netflixs. I'm watching and using the episode with the subtitles on of course, but at times the subtitles are different then what the voice actress says. So I'm going by both the subtitles and what they say, and or slightly how I take both things in, (when it gets difficult for me.) So I mean, sometimes Gon may say something, but what’s written on the screen says the slight opposite then what he said, I may use both of the things (subtitles and what Gon says) and make a new sentence for him. 
Sorry if that's annoying or anything.

Episode 1 “Departure x and x Friends” 

 Starting. 

Chapter 1 The starting of everything. 

Third person pov.
With Mito. 

Mito, a couple of hours ago, had gone down to the docks to work and buy some food for dinner. She wasn’t alone and luckily for her she didn't need to worry about her nephew being alone too, since she knows him so well. He would have dragged Eri with him. Like everyday, and knowing the seventeen year old, she wouldn't be able to say no to the twelve year old. 

As she works in peace with the other workers around her, two of the fishermen that work around the docks had seen Mito and stopped walking and turned their full attention on her. “Is Gon still trying to catch the Lord of the Swamp? And is little Eri still with him? The two are always together, she must be getting bored of him at this point” one of them asks her. 

Mito slightly turns her head to see who it was and sighs a bit, “Yes,” she said as she continues to work on the fish pile in front of her, “He has been at it non stop for a whole week now and Eri has been with him the whole time encouraging him on” she adds on. 

The two workers look at each other before looking back to Mito, “Ok I have to know, did you really promise him that if he caught the fish, you’d let him try out for the Hunters Exam? And you would let Eri go with him?” the same guy asks her. The other guy besides him shakes his head and calls Gon a foil. “Even five full grown men wouldn't be able to catch that monster. So what chance does a little kid and a small teen have? Uh? Sounds to me like Mito doesn't really want the two to take the Hunter’s Exam at all.” the same guy says as he walks away from Mito and the other workers around her. 

“Maybe so, but wasn’t Gon’s old man his age when he caught the monster in the swamp?” The two guys laugh with each other as they walk away talking about Gon, Eri and Jean. 

Mito could still slightly hear them talking about how foolish it is for two kids to even try to get the monster of the swamp. It just left her mind going in circles again. Hearing about her cousin, brought up some memories of the two of them. She misses her cousin a lot and she lost him when he left for the Hunter’s Exam and thinking of losing Gon or Eri by it, it scares her and leaves an alone feeling in her chest again. 

She did and didn’t want him to go, especially not alone. Luckily again she really wouldn't be worried about him going alone, since he had Eri with him. Eri would follow him. She would follow Gon anyways so she could make sure he wouldn't get hurt, if she didnt go with him, she would go insane with worry and fear for his safety. So the best choice for her to stay calm was to follow him. Gon doesn't have a probaby with it, he would do the same, follow her to make sure she would be safe and not harmed by anyone. 

Mito knows the two will be ok, the two have always had each other's back in bad or good situations, but Mito worries about something happening to the two of them. It has struck her mind every single day since Gon started thinking of becoming a Hunter, so he could go find his dad. 

It scares her so, so much. The amount of dread and fear that fills her chest when she thinks about something bad happening to the two is so overwhelming-painful, but she wasn't going to stop Gon from following his own path and wasn't going to stop Eri from going too.
