6) missing

           Five days had passed bye quickly. I was finally off punishment and was about to go in the woods with alexis. She wasn't here yet, but she was coming soon.

    For some reason I wasn't as excited as I would. I should be happy and hyperactive right now.

I just couldn't believe that my crush likes me. Or maybe shes just trying to use me to get back to Henry. I mean I girl cant do that all of the sudden, she went from liking him to like me. But let me stop thinking about that cause im just jinxing it.

     Minutes later, alexis knocked on my door. She had purple skinny jeans on with a black shirt that said, " born ready."

      Something told me that she put that on for this occasion.

"Hey maxxy." She said smiling.

    " H-hey alexis, a-are you ready to go?" Its so embarrassing stuttering in front of your crush.

  As we walked out, she asked why did I have a backpack. I told her that I was gonna collect the diamonds, I dont want anyone finding it and doing horrible things.

    There was no talking, it was just all business. When we arrived to the hole, alexis looked at me in disbelief.

     "Are you serious" she said. "I am not going down there"

"Why, dont you want to be a super human?"

             " Yeah, but I dont want to die either" she said.

Ok, how bout this. Ill go in there, grab them and bring them up for you. Then im a keep them with me for saftey ok"

     "ughh.. ok" she said.

When I got down there I used my super speed. I grabed the diamonds and got out in  a couple seconds.

     "Omg, its so beautiful." She said.
I gave her one diamond and she rubbed it. "I feel dizzy" she said slowly.

      "I think its a side effect." I said

I put the diamonds in my bag and when started walking back home.

       "S-So how do you feel."

"I feel ok now, I wonder whats my power"

     "Try it"  I said.

She reached her hands out and nothing happened. Then she pulsed and I didnt see her anymore.

     "Alexis, where are you?"

"Umm.. im right next to you silly."

        "Your invisible!" I said with amazement.

She came back smiling.

        "Ooommmggg" she said. "This is amazing"

" I know right, its so cool."

     "Im going to show all of my friends this" she said.

"Dont do that alexis" I said. "We must keeep it a secret."

        When  we got to my house, we went in side but nobody was there. My mom never leaves the house when my dads not here.

     We went in the  kitchen and found a knife a the ground with blood on it.

         "Mm-my mom" I sad.

"Its ok, don't panic" alexis said.

      " somebody killed my mother, somebody killed my mother" I said repeatedly.

         I ran to the house phone a called 911.

We the cops arrived, I was crying alot embarrassed.

     While the cops investigated, alexis came up to me

"Are you ok"

        "No alexis, my mother has gone missing."

Just then a cop came and said, "your mother has gone missing, we tried calling her phone butvthere was no answer. We are om the case son. We will take you to your friend Daniels house and you will have to still there."

    "Thank you officer." I said as I wiped my eyes.

"Bye,  Alexis" i said as the officer escorted me out of my house.

     When I got in the back of the cop car, only think I could think about is where my mother. I hope shes ok
