    We arrived at Daniels house at 7:00 pm. My eyes were puffy and red from me crying. When we got out the car the cop said,

    "Once again, we are on the case, we will found your mother even if it was the last think we do.

I couldn't talk so only I did was nod my head.

     "I understand that you dont want to talk, but trust me well found her."

      "Ok sir." I said.

When we knocked on his door, Daniels father answered the door, immediately smiling down at me.

     "Max!" He said loudly.

"Mr.David, max will be staying here until we get in touch with his father.

    "Ok officer, he's in good hands."

I went in the house and the door closed as the cop walked away.

   " So max, what do you think happened?"

He sound childish because of the questions he's asking.

    " I honestly dont know, but I hope she alright." I said

"Daniels upstairs in his room, he doesnt know that your here and what happened, maybe u can tell him."

    " Ok Mr.David."

I headed to the stairs and went up. When I got up there I knocked on daniels door.

    "Come in." He said loudly.

I opened the door went inside.

     "Max?" He said. "What are you doing here?

"My mother has went missing, and theres no sign of my dad."

"What, man thats messed up."

       "I know, but what can i do?"

Im sorry for overreacting outside the party yesterday.I was just........I dont no im just happy were friends again."

     "Man we were always friends"

We shook hands and smiled.

    Daniel always been my best friend. We meet when we were 3 years old. Our fathers were close, so we always used to see each other.

      "Bro, wanna see something cool?" I asked.

   I levitated off the ground and changed my eye color. I then cane down and used my telekinesis to pull the cup to me from off of the table.

       "What the......" he said with confusion. "How you do that?"

I pulled out the three diamonds and told him to rub it.

  He rubbed one and instantly got hot. I took the diamond from him and put it back in my bag.

   " Im feel, different."

When I touched him my hand burned to the point where it was pitch black.

     "Ahhhhhhhh" i said painfully.

" im sorry, I didnt mean to"

     Its not your fault, i said, try cooling down.

He relaxed and his skin turned normal.

     " Bro this is crazy, do anyone else no about this?"

"Yeah, my girlfriend"

    " your girlfriend, who's your girlfriend?"

I slowly said, "alexis"

   "What!" Daniel said hype as ever, "you go out with alexis?"

Yeah, she came to my door the other day unexpectedly and we started talking. That next day we went to go get the diamonds and she now has a power.

  "What is it?"

She has the ability to to invisible whenever she wants.

      " Cool " he said.

"I know right!"

    " Im telling everyone about this"

"No dont do it, people will start asking for it and its gonna cause problems."

   " Ok, but im gonna show it off, then say its a trick."
