Bucky x Reader x Steve

Chapter 7

(Steve's POV)
I can't get her off my mind no matter how hard I try she's just so intoxicating. She's just so perfect her beautiful e/c eyes we're so calming and her h/c hair always seemed to flow off her shoulders like a gorgeous waterfall. This is what I wrote in my drawing pad on the back of a drawing I drew of Y/N.

Just as I put the drawing pad on my bedside table and lay my back against the headboard I hear a loud knock at the door. I don't bother to close the drawing pad over I just yell to the person on the other side of the door. "Come in!" Bucky enters the room and closes the door behind him making sure to close it fully. "Hey." He says as he sits on the bed not far from me. "You ok buck?" I ask him as I see a lot of emotion behind Bucky's blank face.

"Yeah it's just-" He stops mid sentence as the drawing catches his eye. He grabs the drawing pad off the table and I don't react much as I had forgot about the writing. "This is Y/N." He said less of a question and more of a statement. He flips the page and See's the writing and starts reading it out loud. "I can't get her off my mind no matter how hard I try..."

This is when it kicked in and I realize what Bucky's reading and I freeze up making me look everywhere except his face and I notice a piece of paper he had dropped on my bed when grabbing the drawing pad. I pick up the price of paper and put it to my side. Just as I do he stops reading at looks at me at this point we lock eyes and the only emotion I see now on his face is despair this confuses me and makes my heart break. "I have to go now!" he blurts out before running out and slamming the door behind him.

(Y/N's POV)
As we get back to the tower I go straight to my room to put my stuff away and on my way up to my floor I bump into Bucky and give him a smile. But then I realize that he's crying and I drop my bag's and hug him tightly to try and console him.

He hugs me back and calms down a bit more before asking me what I got. "Come I'll show you everything in your room," I say grabbing the bags of shopping then we walk to his room once in his room I lay out the clothes on his bed to show him all of them.

He picks one out for me to show him which is the red one and I take it into the bathroom to get changed. Just as I finish putting the dress on I hear Bucky's door burst open and a bunch of chaos so I listen from behind the door.

(Steve's POV)
I read the piece of paper one more time before bursting into his room to talk to him about it.
The note reads 'I know that if you are reading this I either chickened out of telling you myself or something happened either way I want you to know that I have deep feelings for Y/N.'

I burst in and when I do I see Bucky sitting on his bed staring up at me when I step in and close the door behind me he stands up.

"I know that you like Y/N"
"How"

"The note," I say holding up the little folded piece of paper. He just looks at me and makes eye contact before saying. "And I know that you like her too"

"Yeah I really do but you also really like her and I don't want to ruin it," I say looking into the eyes of my long-time best friend.

(Y/N's POV)
I had heard more than enough so I open the bathroom door and openly say.
"You both like me?!" I question both of them surprised that either of my crushes liked me never mind both of them.
