Piper and Jasper Fake Dating

Jasper's POV

After Henry left my room last night, Piper asked me how we were going to do a long distance relationship. We know Miles is willing to teleport us to each other, but we still need to come up with some sort of schedule. I told her we should sleep on it and talk in the morning.

We put a movie on, and she fell asleep curled up next to me. At some point I must of fallen asleep, too, because I just woke up, and she is still curled next to me on my bed. Part of me wants to let her sleep in, but I know she has to get back to college soon and I want to spend as much time with her as I can before she has to leave.

I decide to let her sleep a little longer, so I get up and walk into the kitchen to make breakfast.

Right as I'm turning down the hallway that leads to the kitchen, I pass Henry's room. I hear him arguing with Charlotte.

"Henry, I don't want to talk about it!" Charlotte say, quite loudly. I know I shouldn't easdrop, but I can't help myself. I lean against the wall so I can hear better.

"What's going on?" Piper says groggy, walking up and putting her arms around me.

I put my finger to my lips. "I'm listening to Henry and Charlotte," I whisper.

Piper nods and leans into the wall, so she can hear, too.

"If we don't talk about it, then things will keep being awkward between us!" Henry says, also raising his voice.

"Drop it Henry!"

"Why don't you want to talk about it?! If you regret the kiss you can just tell me!" Henry yells.

"Why would I regret it?" Charlotte asks, lowering her voice a little.

"Because you're smarter than me! And I would never be able to measure up to you!"

"Henry, have you ever thought mabey the reason I don't want to talk about is because I'm worried I'm not good enough for you?!" Charlotte says, raising her voice again.

"Why would you not be good enough for me? You're amazing! That's the only reason I've been able to hide the fact that I'm in love with you and have been for the past two years! I was worried if I told you how I felt you would reject me!!" Henry says, possibly even louder than before.

"I would never reject you," we heard Charlotte whisper.

Henry doesn't say anything back, so I assume they are kissing.

I turn towards Piper, and point my thumb towards the kitchen. She nodded and we both walked as quietly as we could, so Henry and Charlotte won't hear us.

"What would you like for breakfast?" I ask Piper, using my usual volume, so it won't look suspicious when Henry and Charlotte come out for breakfast.

"What are my options?" Piper asks.

"Your options are pretty much unlimited. Charlotte built an auto snacker for us, so we don't have to cook. The only reason we have a kitchen is because it was here before we bought the building."

"Wow. I'll have waffles with butter and syrup," Piper says.

I walk over to the auto snacker and repeat Piper's request. Once I have the food, I place it in front of Piper on the kitchen island. I get biscuits and gravy for myself and then sit down next to her.

"Soooooooo," I begin, "When do you have to be back to campus?"

"Well, today's Saturday, and I finished all of my homework, so I don't have to be back until Sunday night," Piper replys.

"Awesome! What do you want to do while you are here?"

"I don't know. I kind of want to stay here and relax with you. Once Henry and Charlotte are done canoodling, I want to spend time with them."

I smile. "Relaxing sounds good, but if Henry, Charlotte, and I have to fight crime you'll be here alone. Is that okay?" I ask.

"Of course it's okay!" She says smiling, reassuringly. "If you guys have to go on a mission, I can just stay here and watch a movie."

Piper and I talk for a few more minutes about random things, and then Henry and Charlotte walk into the kitchen.

"Hey," Charlotte says with a smile. "I heard you guys are together now. I'm so happy for you!"

"Thank you," Piper and I say, in unison.

The four of us talk for about half an hour before Charlotte and Henry tell us that they are dating.

"Congratulations!" Piper says, but then she frowns.

"What's wrong?" I ask.

"I owe Ray fifty bucks." She says pouting. I give her a quick kiss.

"Wait," Henry says. "Why do you owe Ray money?"

"Well, a few months before we all left Swellview, Ray, Schwoz, and I all made bets on how long it would take you guys to get together. Ray thought it would take three months. I said it would take six months. Schwoz thought it would take a year. So, Shwoz actually owes Ray fifty bucks, too."

"I want to say I can't believe it, but I'm honestly not surprised," Charlotte says.

Henry nods his head in agreement.

We talk for a while longer, and then we decide to watch a movie together.

Half way through the movie the crime alert goes off. Charlotte checks it.

"Three guys are robbing the bank downtown."

I give Piper a quick kiss. "We shouldn't take, too long," I tell her.

Then Charlotte, Henry, and I blow our bubbles to change into our superhero costumes. I blow my sleeping gum, and we head off to the bank.
