I started tearing down and faced down.

"I don't even know if I'm that fearless person whom I used to be. The one who doesn't care about the consequence"

"Isn't that what love supposed to mean? taking a leap of faith and trusting on yourself. Taking the risk even if the consequences are obvious? you tell me jennie, what is love for you?"-Lucas

I looked at Lucas and he was staring at me and was waiting for my answer.

"I'm not so sure anymore"

"come with me"-Lucas

"where?"

"just come with me"-Lucas

I followed lucas to his car and he drove elsewhere.

"Where are we going?"

"you'll see"-Lucas

*After 3 hours*

I just woke up and I can see the northern lights. Omg, the aurora borealis! I looked beside me and lucas wasn't there. Now where is he. I went out and went closer to the northern lights. I saw a tall tree and I sat beside it. As I wonder the scenery, I can't help thinking this is how ought to be. Do you even like one of them? J? I want to sleep here. Something about northern lights that makes me feel safe. As I was getting lost on my own thoughts, I hear a soft guitar from behind.

I looked around and saw Lucas with his guitar and his smile.

"And I see your true colors, shining through.
I see your true colors, and that's why I love you."-Lucas

And that's why you what? My mind is processing whether I focus on lucas or what his last line said.

"Jennie, It's alright to get lost on your own thoughts, It could be the best place."-Lucas

Lucas sat beside me and wondered the view. I hugged him which surprised him, and he hugged me back. He's warm.

"Thank you Lucas" I whispered

"No, thank you"-Lucas

"For what?"

"you changed my life when you came."-Lucas

"what do you mean?"

"I refuse to answer the question"-Lucas

"dance with me"-Lucas

"Lucas, I don't-"

he grabbed me and started swaying.

As he was swaying me, Lucas looked me in the eyes and I can feel it. I can feel that, he's falling for me? Lucas please dont.

"Lucas stop" I quietly said

He stopped.

"Lucas, I can feel it. Stop it."

"you feel it? you feel what?"-Lucas

"Nothing, forget about it. Let's go home"

Lucas and I were silent the whole night, he dropped me at D.O's house.

"thanks"

"nightmare- goodnight"-Lucas

I can't process anything right now. I went inside and D.O was there.

"hey j, where have you been?"-D.O

"I had a sleepover at my friend's house"

"oh ok"-D.O

I went inside my room and wondered. This seriously shouldn't be a problem at all. Lucas stop making me confuse.  I took a nap for like 4 hours and I woke up with a phone call.

It's the police. They have Lucas with them. What did Lucas do? I went up and left. I drove myself to the police station and found Lucas literally wasted and drunk.

"Lucas! what happened to you?"

"Hello Ms.Kim, your friend was drinking while driving. He almost hit a car but he's alright. The owner of the other car didn't file a complaint against Mr.Lucas so he's good to go. As long as you drive him home."-Police Officer

"thank you so much Officer. We'll go now"

The officer helped me to carry Lucas into my car.
Lucas sat beside the driver's seat, which is beside me.

"What has gotten into you Lucas?"

"It's all coming back"-Lucas replied while he was half asleep

I dragged Lucas on his bed and fixed his clothes.

"Gosh you smell like alcohol. Let's get you change."

I took off his shirt and he was sweating so I turned the AC on. I found a shirt of his and tried to dress him up.

"I don't want that"-lucas

"Oh C'mon Lucas"

he was drunk and totally wasted.  He didn't want to put on his shirt so I just covered him with his blanket.

"I miss you too mom"he whispered

"don't leave me mom. Please bring me with you"-Lucas

I think he is dreaming about his mom. He never told me a story about his mom. 

"She's amazing mom"he whispered while he sleeps
