It's Just Us Now

Chapter 3: The libary

As usual the school day is a drag. Its always hard to come back to school from the weekends. I always find myself laying in bed on Sunday nights just thinking about myself and my newly hated life and everyone one in it. Because pretty soon all these people in my life,are not going to be here anymore. And they will all disappear But i pray to God that i disappear before they do,so i don't have to deal with the pain .

After school i went to the public library,because the school library is just to public for me.LOL! I know the irony there,but hey at the school library there are too many students there who like to stare at me and I'm just not in the mood for that right now.

I go to the second floor of the library and sign on to a computer ,i log on to Facebook and check too see what my old friends are up too. I see a picture of my "old" best friend with some new chick. My stomach starts turning and making this rumbling noise and i feel this urge of jealousy that hits me like a brick. I quickly log off and gather my bag and jacket and head for the stairs.

I make my way to the first floor when i hear a soothing deep voice talk too me. I stop walking and push a strand of hair,out of my face,that fell from my unruly curly hair.

"Hey, come here. Come say hi" he says nonchalantly.

His arm was resting on the other chair next to him and he had his head back and chin sticking in the air.

" Umm hi, i guess.."

STUPID! STUPID! STUPID! Great job Brooke for sounding like a total complete IDOT!

" When you see someone you know, you say hi to them" the smirk on his face is evident.

And the way the corner of his eyes are arched in a way that it makes it look like he is squinting at me,sends chills from my forehead, down to the rest of my body.

OMG! I know him! He is best friends with my friend Jessy form gym class. Everyday i meet Jessy at her locker after 5th period so we can walk to gym together,and he is always there. Staring at me,smiling while he talks too Jessy but his eyes never seem to leave mine.

"Ohh hey, your Jessy's......boyfriend right?" Test number one.

"Ohhh umm no,she is just my best friend" he throws back slyly. He passed.

" Sorry i didn't mean too ummm offend your girlfriend...." Test number 2.

*He laughs* God he has a sexy laugh. NO! Brooke stop now, your setting yourself up.

"That would be okay, if i had one" OUCHH! His words sends a dagger to my heart. Cutting every inch of flesh through my chest to reach my now racing heart.

He passes again!

"S-s-s-orry again. Well it was great to see you but i should be heading home......now" i bit my lip right after the words leave my mouth, to stop myself from saying anything else i will regret later.

"Okay see ya..... wait it's not nice to not give a hug to someone you know".

Are you FUCKING kidding me right now. The nerve of this guy. First he hounds me for a "Hi", and now he's hounding me for a dam hug. Fine,anything to get this guy off my back!

I walk around the table to his chair and i bend down closer too him with my arms reaching for his broad and finely strong shoulders.

My breathing picks up as my mouth gets close to his neck. My mouth goes dry. MHHHHHHH! I can smell his scent just inches away form his neck. The intriguing scent sends saliva running to my mouth that it almost causes for me to drool on his shoulder.

His big strong arms wrap around my back, engulfing me in a circle full of muscles and flesh. I finally pull away from the hug.

I gain my composure back and i turn to him and say,
" It was nice talking too you. See ya." Oh god i sound so basic.

"Yea laters!" He replies while he waves his index finger at me.

I nod and walk as fast away from the scene as possible. Im walking so fast i nearly trip out the door.

As soon as i get outside,the cool March breeze hits me and i start my walk back home with this mystery guy on my mind......
