The chpapter starts with Tails knocking on Merlin's door
Merlin: *from the other side* You may enter
Tails opens the door and slowly walked in
Merlin: What brings you to my office Tails?
Tails: I'm interested in learning magic
Merlin: Well you came to the right wizard
Tails: Oh that's fantastic, right S- and he's asleep outside
Sans: *from behind Tails* Heya
Tails: AH! Don't do that
Sans: No promises.
Merlin: So Tails, what is interesting you in learning magic?
Tails: seeing all the amazing things it can do. I was wondering if I could use it, in the events of a disaster or an attack. It'd really be helpful to everyone
Merlin: Well magic is a tricky subject due to the rules of magic itself. Whether it's reciting a spell in its original language or as simple as believing or just being born to use magic
Tails: I knew it'd never be easy. but I'm prepared
Merlin: Ok then, if you say so
Tails: Alright!
Merlin: Hope you know what you're getting yourself into
Tails: I'm ready
Merlin: Ok then, follow me to our vast library.
Tails: Alright. C'mon sans
Sans: *wakes up* Huh? Oh yeah.
Tails walks in behind Merlin as Merlin was picking out some healing, ice & light magic books for Tails to read up on
Tails: Wow- that's- useful-
Merlin: It's mostly used by our students & some of our staff members
Tails: I can imagine
Merlin: Happy studying Tails, as always, my office doors are open. *teleports back to his office*
Tails: Thank you! C'mon Sans let's get to work
Sans: *s l e e p*
Tails: I need to find a way to help with your constant fatigue
Sans is just busy sleeping while Tails is studying magic. Meanwhile, Mario & Luigi outside are both talking with their respective persons of interest
Luigi: I'm telling you Daisy I saw Harry Potter like 3 times... No we haven't seen Voldemort- I don't know if he's even alive
Mario: Yeah Pauline I'm a big deal here... True I am everywhere. But I haven't saved anyone yet
Annie slowly opened her door & quickly snuck downstairs to the cafeteria
Mario: *looks over waving hello at Annie*
Annie waves back giving a slight smile before continuing downstairs
Mario: ??? Hey I'll talk to you later *hangs up* Hey wait *follows down*
Annie is already in the cafeteria but where is the cafeteria Mario doesn't know
Mario: ...shit *starts to look around*
Mario found the library & just sees all the books & Tails reading some of the ones Merlin picked & Sans just sleeping
