" Hey Amanda I'm heading out." You said to your roommate and best friend.

" Okay Y/N! I'm reeeadyy!" She said while jumping out of her bedroom. She was in a red, skin tight, dress she paired it with a leather jacket.

"Oh. Y/N you look sexy!" She eyed me up and down. "Holy shit! You're wearing makeup too!"

You were wearing a flowy dress that had long sleeves and was a darker green.

"Thank you, A."

"You are very welcome, N/M. Are you sure you want to go to this thing?"

"Yes, Amanda."

"Well, I know you're shy so.."

"Yes, I am but it's Christmas and it's our team. I'll be fine."

"Okie Dokie."

"Hello, Y/N!"

"Hey, Chief!" You were very happy to see them.

The house was already full of people. You were going to have to do a lot of talking tonight.

Amanda and you were the complete opposite. She was already off talking to people. You, however, were heading to the kitchen ignoring people.

You were also new to the team so you weren't sure what to say or to talk about. Your thought were interrupted by the other rookie in the place.

"Hey, fellow rookie."

"Hey."

"I noticed you weren't hanging around the party."

"Yeah, I'm not too big on crowds."

"I get that. I love being around people. I can stay here and talk though."

"No, go be with the team, Leon."

" Well, Y/N. I enjoy the kitchen." He grabbed a cup and dipped it in the punch.

"Fine." you lifted your self up onto the counter accepting that he wasn't going to leave.

He relaxed against the counter in front of you. "Tell me about yourself."

"I like movies and I live with Amanda. You?"

"Nuh uh uh uh. In detail. You are going to have to tell me more than that. I want a whole speech and I am not leaving till I hear one."

"You are needy, Leon." I said with a slight giggle.

"I know." He said looking at me while taking a sip of his punch.

" Well, my name is Y/N L/N. My friends call me N/M. My favorite movie is Pretty Woman. My favorite color is yellow. I love Italian food. My favorite meal is chicken alfredo. My favorite candy Resse's Pieces.  I've never had a boyfriend before. My childhood dog growing up was named Arthur. My dad works as a mechanic. My mom is a social worker. My brother is in college. I used to work as a barista at my local coffee shop. I was a cheerleader throughout highschool.  I graduated the fifth in my class. My favorite subject is Chemistry. I hate reading. I never have done drugs. I don't smoke or drink. When I was a kid I used to climb the fridge and get scissors and run around the house. I love cooking. I play video games.  Amanda and I are bestfriends and have been since the second grade. I decided to go onto the force because I always wanted to help the world. That good enough?"

"Perfect." He smiled at me.

"So Leon, why did you join the service?" You situated yourself on the kitchen counter smiling at him.
