Izuku

It's been a week since we won the War Game and Kacchan has been sleeping the whole time. Recovery Girl doesn't know why he won't wake up. I have a hunch it's because he drank my blood. Nezu had me explaining my actions during the Game. Which I explained as a new quirk manifesting which he, All Might and Aizawa all bought, with reluctance. Hopefully All Might doesn't look too far into the previous holders of OFA's quirks. I'll have to tell Kacchan the truth when he wakes up though. The day after the game's finished my mom bought me a fresh batch of blood bags, cherry soda, for the rest of the school year, or at least the month; it's supposed to last the rest of the year but training and getting constantly hurt and healed makes it only last a month or two.

I haven't left Kacchan's side since he was brought to the hospital. I had to tell my mom what I did and as a result Kat was brought back to UA for Recovery Girl and I to monitor him. Of course losing to Recovery Girl isn't ideal so I settled for a half truth. Telling her my quirk won't allow me to be away from Kacchan for long. Which is true, I just left out the part where he could attack her for her blood when he woke up.

As if he knew I was thinking about him he began to stir. My enhanced hearing picked up his shallow breathing and slower than before heartbeat. His scent changed slightly, it added a hint of rain to his already delicious caramel and campfire scent. The rain scent forever marked me as his sire.

"Izu? What happened?" He asks groggy. His voice is an octave deeper than before thanks to the change.

"We won." I said hoping to avoid the upcoming conversation for a little while. His stomach growling and the low whine he omits let me know what he's craving. So I handed him one of my drinks.

"Drink. You'll feel better." I tell him as he sniffs it.

"What the fuck is it? Why the fuck dose my mouth hurt!" He shouts, greedily guzzling the liquid.

"Blood." I whisper.

"What!"

"I'm so sorry! I had to!"

"What happened!" He growled, his new fangs peaked out and his red eyes became far redder with the familiar vampiric glow.

Knowing he's mad and confused has me swallowing my instincts to dominate him as I explained. Of course I made sure no one was listening before I did.

"Katsuki, what I'm about to tell you can't leave this room. Or us."

"Is it about OFA?" He asks, becoming less pissed off.

"No. But something just as secretive. Maybe more. It'd be best if we talked at my house, on the roof or in my dorm though." I rambled.

"Fine, nerd. Explain later. For now what the fuck is that sound!"

"Which one? The buzzing or the high pitched one?" I ask, deciding he's referring to one of those annoying ones out of the multiple conversations going on around the school.

"Both!"

"Not sure, you'll get used to all the extra input eventually. Just don't use your explosions for a few weeks and you should be fine."

"Why the fuck not!" He shouts letting a mini explosion go off, one I knew was coming and covered my ears from.

"That's why." I responded as Kacchan was on his bed clutching his ears as if he'd been shot.

"Fucking hell! Explain!" He demands.

"Later! Now sleep!" I respond, unable to keep my control over the new bond.

Kacchan began to fight the order but eventually gave into it. The order of his sire is too strong to ignore. I was born this way, Katsuki created. He's also my first turn. What I know of this is from books mom brought when I told her what I had done. The books explained that as his sire I was in charge of teaching him the basics of life as a vampire. Which I'm still learning since I've kept my vampiric side locked away since I was eight and nearly killed a kid. I doubt Kacchan remembers how I hurt the kid who lit my notebook on fire and then proceeded to tear it apart before tossing it out the window and into the koi pond.

I do know that no one bullied me since, well until I decided to alter their memories so they thought I was quirkless. I figured it was safer if I was viewed as such so I wouldn't have villains after me. And it worked, a little too well. Kacchan even joined the bullying for a time. At least until he found me kissing a third year boy. It took him a week of not speaking or hitting me before he finally decided that he could be friends with me again.

Of course I made him work for it, but he eventually earned it and we were good for a while. UA brought his old arrogant self back at least until the USJ and his capture at the training camp. Now he's more tame and mine. I've loved him since we were kids. It started out as a normal best friend type of love and eventually morphed into full blown romantic love. I only realized this after I saw Kirishima kiss Kacchan after we rescued him. I was so close to draining Kiri dry. Thankfully Ochako started talking to me and distracted me.

"Izuku? How's Katsuki?" Recovery Girl asks.

"Better. He woke up a little bit ago before heading back to sleep."

"That's good. You can take him up to his room after I run a few tests. Now please wake him." She says before she gets started.

With a nod I stand up from my chair and walk over to Kacchan. I gently shake him and whisper into his ear, "wake." With that simple command his eyes open and he yawns, his fangs gleaming in the bright lights.

"Good evening, Deary. How are you feeling?"

"Good. Can I leave yet?" Kacchan asks.

"Not quite. I have a few tests to run. Is that alright?"

"Tch. Whatever." He nods his head yes, as he looks anywhere but her or I.

It took about half an hour for all the tests to be done and for her to write us hall passes to the Dorms. Once it was all over, I grabbed Katsuki's hand and ran out of the building. After bidding Recovery Girl a farewell.
