Dream's Boundaries

Dream encourages fans to block anyone knowingly violating his boundaries.

• Fanart: Dream is supportive of all forms of fanart as long as it adheres to his boundaries.

• NSFW/sexualization: Dream has said that the Dream Team has discussed this and decided that none of them care about NSFW content or being sexualized. Dream has also said he does not condone NSFW art of minors or creators who have not given permission for it. He also advises against making NSFW comments in donos/comments/where minors can see them.

• Shipping: Dream has said he doesn’t care if people ship him as long whoever he is being shipped with does not mind either. He is not okay with shipping of creators who haven’t given permission for it or shipping minors. He has also stated that he and George are not dating.

• Fanfic: Dream has said that the Dream Team has read fanfiction before and laughed about it together, implying they do not care about fanfiction of them.

• Reuploaded content: Dream has said that the Dream Team does not care about people reuploading their content as long as they are adding something to the content that is within Fair Use and not uploading full VODs. Dream is fine with translation channels reuploading his videos in languages he does not already have translation options for as long as it is 10+ days after the original upload, fully and accurately translated by someone who speaks the language, and credits the original video in the description.

• Violent themes in fanworks: Dream said he is fine with gore art only with fictional characters, citing his Dream SMP character as an example.

• Privacy: Dream has asked people who think his sexuality is “ambiguous” to “mind their business,” so it is probably not a good idea to speculate about his sexuality. He has also stated that he and George are not dating and said that digging into a creator’s personal life is “not cool.”

• Profile pictures: Dream has stated that he would be fine with people having him as their profile picture when he does a face reveal.

• Harassment: Dream has said he does not approve of any harassment or hate from his fans, including doxxing, “joking” death threats, and harassment based on race, ideology, or ethnic background.

• Selling art of him: Dream is fine with people selling their art of him so long as it is their art and “their own interpretations.”

• Miscellaneous: Dream has asked fans not to spam creators about addressing something, not to speak on his behalf regarding boundaries he has not already clarified, and not to get mad at him for not appearing in events or content fans were expecting him to.

MY CONTENT:

I do not mind people using my content as long as it is changed in a way to make it unique! I encourage compilations, reactions, and animations and anything other than reuploads!
I do not mind translation channels reuploading translated versions of my videos as long as it is not in English or a language I already have translation options for AS LONG as they are uploaded at least 10 days after my original upload.They must be fully translated though, and accurate translations from SOMEONE WHO SPEAKS THE LANGUAGE. Original video must be credited in the intro.
I do not mind the content being monetized at all. The music i use is licensable and I must be credited in the first 2 lines of the description.HARASSMENT-I do not tolerate any form of harassment. Harassment includes lots of things, but the most obvious examples are death threats, doxxing, spamming negative things, replying for the sake of sending hate to someone, and im sure a lot more.
Saying things like “die” or “i hope they die” and other serious things towards someone you dislike, even in a ‘joking way’  is still constituted as harassment. Remember, even though you’re one person if theres hundreds of others hate is amplified.
If you do not like someone on twitter, there is a block button for a reason! We can have a much nicer and welcoming community if people chose to use it and avoid the people they dislike or disagree with rather than engaging with them in harmful ways
I dont care what someone has done, they dont deserve death threats or doxxing. Using the excuse that someone has said or done ___ as an excuse for extreme harassment is not acceptable!
