8. The Quest Vs Mandhagini

Before going to the story . This story doesn't implement the reality. But there are some historical characters implemented were true. For more you may refer The book "Ravana kavyam ".this book states the perspective of  King Ravana who ruled  Ancient Tamil nadu.that book was written after an clear research by Archeologist. The main characters implemented here were imaginary characters for the real stars.

Mandhagini's chamber,

Balendran came near the curtain to open it but before he could do anything Hiranya threw a  valari  ( ancient boomerang weapon) the brothers were distracted using it as an chance Hiranya left the chamber and recived back his valari.

The day of suyamvaram,

The kings from different kindoms arrived the venue for suyamvaram. Then King Hiranya Chandra entered with his ever polite smile and a grand gesture of his soldiers. All the kings were seated on their respective place. Then Mandhagini entered with a pride on her glow. Soon the suyamvaram started. As Mandhagini was asked to ask her question and state the rules to win her on this suyamvaram. She gestured her welcome for the Constitution present there and started to state the rules or games to be won by the kings
It states

Rule no1. The kings should answer her a question which was Asked by her.

Rule no 2.the kings who qualified her question should tame 7 vigorous bisons which were tied up on the ground.

Rule no 3.the king should won over her in Silambam.

The question was asked on the last after the  last two rules.

  So every king came there tried hard to tame the vigorous bisons but  except few kings and Hiranya can't tame  7 vigorous bisons.

The 6kings along with Hiranya started to fight back with Mandhagini in silambam. Mandhagini won over the 6 kings and it's time for her to fight with the 7th king, That is Hiranya. The both had a tough time in swaying silambam and at last Hiranya hold back and won over Mandhagini in Silambam.

But the Question Mandhagini asked shaked every single king present there as the question was

     "Manna tham dhan ennai vendra veerar en kelvi idhuve Ramayanathil yaar Veerar? Thangayin manam kakka Sithayai porennum orey nokkathir kkaga kavarndhu vandhu pathu thalayaya kalaikal arindha mannan thaan irandhu viduvom endranidhum kadavulaiye ethirthu nindra Langadhipathi Ravaneshwarana? Illai than manaiviyin manam kakka kandam thandi maberum naattin pathu kalai arindha mannan enndrunardhum than manaviyai metka vandha Ramara? "  Mandhagini

(My dear king, you won are the only king won me now answer my Question. According to Ramayana who is a great warrior? To save his sister 's pride he coveted godess sita just has an warning of war to the God Ram. Even he knows Ten major skills includes Astrology.Inspite of Knowing he'll be dead he fought with the God So is Ravaneshwara a great warrior ? Or For saving his wife's  pride one who fought after travelling a long way to the greatest king to fight along a biggest demon of revenge. So Is Lord Rama the great warrior?)

Hiranya:(Exhaling a long breath started his definition) Iruvarum thala sirandha veerare. ( Both were great warrior s. Ravanan, To take revenge for his beloved sister's abuse Inspite of knowing he will die at the end of day by the Lord  , inspite of knowing he is God, he stood against the God with a great willpower and bravery he was ready for death when he fought and dead on the war So he is also A great warrior.

Ram, being the God of honesty, to save his Wife's divinity Inspite of knowing Ravana, the king who was prided for his politics by the people of Tamilnadu for being the finest king, who rewarded the divine  name "Eshwara" And the person who poses eternal life. He fought with him So he was the greatest Warrior too.)
