Chapter 1: from the future

~ September 1st 1976 ~
📍 The Great Hall, Hogwarts, Scotland

It was a peaceful and chilly evening in Scotland, and it also was the start of another year at Hogwarts for the marauders most specifically their 6th year.

In the great hall, everyone was enjoying the start of the year feast and catching up with their friends. Seated at the Gryffindor table, the marauders were catch6up on their summers and planning new pranks for the year. James Potter was looking dreamily at Lily Evans who was laughing with her friends. From the Slytherin table, Regulus Black was staring at his brother wishing he had the kind of relationship Sirius and James had.

Suddenly, a blinding light came from the ceiling and a box came floating down and landed right in front of the current headmaster, professor Albus Dumbledore, the hall breaks into whispers about what could be in this mystery box.

" SILENCE ! " Says Dumbledore, silencing everyone in the great hall. Every single student and staff member watches anxiously while Dumbledore pulls out a letter and reads it out loud.

" Dear Hogwarts students and staff,

We are your children from future, and in this box are 8 movies that show our lives, well most specifically two of our lives, and we sent you these movies to watch so you can prevent some bad events from happening in the future.
Time will stop once you start watching those movies so just get comfortable.
Som guests will be arriving any second now so you can begin, so let's now hold you up any longer.

Once he finished reading the letter, the doors of the great hall opened and came inside were: the minister of magic with his assistant, Orion and Walburga Black, Fleamont and Euphemia Potter, Hope and Lyall Lupin, Druella and Cygnus Black, Andromeda, née Black, and Ted Tonks with their 3 year old daughter Nymphadora, The Prewett Twins, and finally Molly Weasley, née Prewett, with her husband Arthur Weasley and their 3 kids, Bill who's 6 , Charlie who's 4 and a sleeping baby Percy.

"Mom! Dad!" Says a happy James Potter while going to greet his parents.

"Welcome! I assume you also got a letter." Speaks Dumbledore

Every guest that just came into the great hall raises their hand that's holding a similar letter.

"Perfect! Let's get you all comfortable it's going to be a long journey." Dumbledore waves his hand and suddenly the 4 house tables and the staff table are all transformed into big grand maroon couches. Everybody takes a seat and waits for Dumbledore who makes a theater screen appears at the front of the hall.

"Shall we?"

He puts on the movie and all the lights in the great hall disappear while the screen lights up and the movie starts.
