SEASON 1 EPISODE 6
Roman sat in the diner booth trying to call Drew, each call went to voicemail right away.
"Is this safe?" Kendall asked as he sat down.
"I don't think we're gonna bump into anyone here," Gerri assured him.
"So how'd it go with Stewy?" Frank asked.
"It went great. He's in," Kendall confirmed.
"Ok. Well that's great," Frank said.
"Yeah. So I think we're all good," Kendall said.
"Shall I just run it one more time before we open our kimonos in public?" Frank suggested and Kendall nodded. "Right before your arrival, Roman did reveal to us a possible snag in the plan."
"A snag? What snag?" Kendall asked confused, looking to Roman.
"Uh well, Drew might just possibly be a little on the fence about her vote," Roman revealed.
"No that's not possible. Drew would run into oncoming traffic if you asked her to. Drew should just vote how you told her," Kendall said.
"Now that's the problem," Gerri said.
"I told her on Thanksgiving. Roman never told her. That's why she stormed out early," Frank explained.
"Jesus Roman I told you fill her in. She's always complaining about feeling left out. Have you talked to her since? I mean, she could sway half the board if she's dead set on it," Kendall sighed. "Fuck us all over just to fuck with you."
"I keep trying to call her but she keeps ignoring me," he explained. "I'm figuring it out."
"Take her to dinner, buy her a fucking island. I don't care just fix this," Kendall demanded.
"Ok well, I'll start with dinner and then take it from there," Roman promised.
Drew was sitting in her office talking to Tom. Part of Drew wanted to tell Tom about the upcoming vote of confidence but in the spirit of climbing the corporate ladder and keeping her cards close, she decided against it.
"What kinds of exciting things do you have on the agenda tonight Tom?" Drew said scrolling through her computer.
"Shivs in DC, so I'm going out with cousin Greg tonight," Tom informed her, leaning back into his chair.
"Wow very fun," Drew said completely monotone.
"Oh, do you wanna come with?" Tom said sitting up in his chair. "Because I can up the reservation to three for the three amigos." Drew cringed at the nickname.
"Can't, I'm too busy tonight ignoring Roman."
"Speak of the devil," Tom said as the two watched Roman walk down the hall and into drews office.
