Goh x Reader (Pokemon Journey)

Chapter 3 - The introduction

Goh's Pov

Today, a legendary pokemon would be arriving any minute now. "Here it comes!" I said with excitement on my face, "5, 4, 3, 2, 1, Gooo!!!" I exclaimed since my phone had a countdown to when Lugia will be appearing. I sat there for about 10 seconds, "Huh, that's weird, Lugia should be here?" right as I said that I heard a 'psy' come from behind me, when I heard that I Iooked behind me to see a Psyduck a couple feet away from me, "What do you want-" I questioned to the Psyduck, but when once I said that to the Psyduck, a loud strike of thunder echoed throughout Vermilion City.

When I heard the loud bang, I looked back in front of me to see a large black cloud hovering over a ship. 'Over there' I thought to myself as I grabbed my stuff and ran towards the black cloud.

Y/n's Pov

Ash and I managed to get past the Snorlax to find out where Lugia will be appearing. As Ash and I were running in different directions to find any sight of Lugia, we both heard a loud bang close to where we were, "Over there Y/n!! Let's go before Lugia disappears!" Ash exclaimed to me with joy.

We were heading over to a dock to see a large black cloud hovering above a boat, "Ok Y/n, let's first see where Lugia will be since a lot of trainers would want to battle and catch Lugia!" Ash told me as we were closer to the cloud, "Got it!" I responded back to Ash agreeing with what we would do to be able to battle Lugia ourselves.

As we were waiting for something to happen, Ash and I saw a piece of the cloud move apart from the larger cloud. As it was moving the small black cloud vanished and showed us Lugia!

~Time skip to all the trainers getting their asses beat from Lugia~

"Ok, it's our turn Y/n!" Ash said as he ran towards Lugia, I followed Ash behind so I didn't get lost or lose his figure. As we were right in front of Lugia Ash exclaimed to Lugia that we wanted to have a battle. Ash of course chose Pikachu, and I sent out my Ninetales, "Ok Ninetales, it's time for you to shine!" I told my Ninetales and I earned a beautiful cry from her.

As we were battling Lugia for about 30 seconds, the Lugia then used Air slash which almost blew Ash and I into the ocean, but when Lugia used that move, it flew away from us. But instead of Ash giving up which he never does, he ran as fast as he could to catch up with Lugia. When I noticed that Ash was running away to go to Lugia, I returned Ninetales and ran towards Ash and started to catch up to him.

While Ash and I were getting closer to Lugia, Ash jumped towards Lugia trying to get a hold of its leg. When I saw Ash jump towards Lugia I couldn't just leave him by himself but jump as well but landing on its back since Lugia started to go down a bit for me? When I landed on Lugia's back I heard Ash and another voice scream something to each other, I looked down to see who Ash saw and saw a boy who was on Lugia's tail hanging on for dear life so he wouldn't fall off and land in the water.

I reached my hand out to Ash helping him up onto Lugia's back and then reached out a hand to the mysterious boy.

Goh's POV

As I was running towards Lugia I had the idea to jump towards Lugia and grab a hold onto their tail, but once I had a grip onto Lugia's tail, I started to slip on their tail and I was then flipped over on the tail hanging on for dear life.

While I was hanging on Lugai's tail I saw another boy with a Pikachu on its back hanging on Lugia's foot? When I noticed him I exclaimed, "NO WAY!" He looked to his right to see who said that, and when he saw me, we both started to scream and then yell both at the same time, "WHAT ARE YOU DOING HERE!!".

While we were both looking at each other in shock, a girl's head popped out from Lugia's back with a confused look on her face. She reached her hand out to the boy to help him up onto Lugia's back.

Once she got a hold of him, she lifted him up and managed to get him on Lugia's back. When she got him on, she reached out her hand to me, I gladly accepted it and helped me up on Lugia's back, 'Her hand's are so soft' I thought to myself while she helped me up.

Y/n's POV

When I reached out my hand's to the boy, he accepted them and I was able to get him onto Lugia's back. Once I got him onto Lugia's back, I looked back at him and smiled since I helped him practically survive-

When I smiled at him, he of course smiled back and then said, "Thank you for saving me!", "No problem, I couldn't just watch you struggle down there" I said back to him. "Oh right, my name is Y/n and this is Ash!" I introduced myself and Ash to him, "Cool, the names Goh! Nice to meet you two!" Goh exclaimed to Ash and I.

While we were riding on Lugia, Goh brought out his phone and decided to take a video of Lugia's skin. Ash was playing with Lugia's wings, and I was looking out at the amazing view that we had. When we were doing what we were doing, Ash then said, "Ahhhh, Lugia's wings are so warm just like they should be!" but when Ash said that Lugia looked back at us and then screeched very loudly to where we had to cover our ears. But when we had our hands on our ears, Lugia went straight up into the sky.

When Lugia went up into the sky we all let go of our ears from our hands and grabbed onto the closest thing to us so we don't fall off. We were so high up in the sky that we were with some Ferwos on our side! "Wow! Look, Ferows!!" Ash exclaimed with stars in his eyes. Both Goh and I looked at Ash and started to giggle.

While we were laughing at Ash because of his childish behavior, we were caught off guard by Lugia going straight down in the ocean. Ash, Goh, and I were screaming our lungs off, but when Lugia was going straight towards the ocean I exclaimed to Ash and Goh to hold their breath, they both agreed and did so.

But instead of going straight into the water, Lugai used hydro pump to make a large hole in the middle of the ocean, allowing all of us to have a beautiful view inside of the ocean!

And once Lugia let us have a couple of seconds to enjoy the view, we then went inside of the ocean. Since I was the only one looking forwards, I had time to hold onto my breath so I could survive underwater, and I was the only one who got some air from outside so Ash and Goh were struggling to breath.
