THIRD PERSON POV
"Hey, Becky?"
The brunette hummed in response as she stopped cleaning the table. Throwing the rag she was using into a nearby bin as she turned around.
Luke took a deep breath before he nervously rubbed his hands together. He didn't like asking for favors but Becky was the only person he had seen having an actual conversation with his nephew. The fact that she was staring at him didn't help settle his nerves either.
He took a deep breath and hoped she wouldn't say no, "Uh, would you mind giving Jess a tour of Stars Hollow?"
And to his surprise, she agreed.
"I need to walk Padfoot, but if he doesn't mind we can take him. If he does mind, then I can just do it later. But yeah, I'll give him a tour."

The pair walked in a comfortable silence as they made their way to Becky's house. She hadn't said not one word about Stars Hollow since they walked out of the diner.
"Shouldn't you be talking about this town?" Jess asked abruptly.
"Would you listen if I did?" she retorted playfully. When she was met with silence she continued talking, "Besides, I had to do something really quick. I need to take care of my baby."
When the word baby came out of Becky's mouth Jess did a double-take. Did she have a baby? But before he could voice his thoughts they had arrived at their destination.
"You don't have a problem with dogs. Do you?" the green-eyed girl asked as she led him toward the backyard. She disappeared for a minute before she returned with a leash and harness in hand. And a large black dog.
"Jess, this is my baby Padfoot. Padfoot, this is my friend Jess." Becky introduced. "Hey, no seas grosero. Shake his paw," ("Don't be rude")
Jess stared at the girl in disbelief. Shake his paw? It's a dog for crying out loud!
"Ok, put your hand out," the girl ordered, snapping Jess out of his thoughts. Hesitantly he put his hand out."Padfoot, dame la mano," To Jess's surprise the dog placed his large paw in his hand. He shook it and smiled at Becky. ("Padfoot, give me your paw,")
"Padfoot?"
"Sirius Black," she responded as if it were obvious. When Jess stayed quiet her eyes widened at the realization. "You've never read Harry Potter? How have you never read Harry Potter?"
"Because. I'm not too fond of spending my time reading about a kid with some special scare on his forehead."
"Oh come on, I have all the books. I'll lend them to you," Becky offered, kneeling down to attach the leash to Padfoot's harness.
"So, how long have you had Padfoot?" Jess asked, hoping to change the subject.
"I got him about a month after I turned 14, and I turn 17 this year. So almost 3 years, his birthday is like a week before mine," she smiled.
"How come he wasn't at dinner then?"
"He had a grooming appointment so he was at my dad's."
"Your dad's?"
Becky paused at the question. She wasn't very comfortable opening up to people about family things. But for some reason, she didn't mind telling Jess, "Uh, my parents aren't together. I mean they are, but they aren't. Technically they're divorced but they date every once in a while. They're madly in love pero they just couldn't agree on how to raise their kids. He lives in Hartford with my grandparents and visits us often, we spend weekends together, and holidays. It's honestly not that bad." ("but,")
