He doesn't really consider himself an introvert, but Suna still enjoyed being on his own most of the time and he would appreciate it if people would give him the freedom to choose when, where and with whom to be sociable with.

That's where his inevitable problem with his family comes in. He was born and raised in an overly friendly household. That isn't actually a bad thing but Suna just can't stand it anymore nor can he upset his parents and younger sister because he didn't want to get as "involved".

Back in Aichi, he would always be obliged to go to social gatherings his parents would organize in their tight knit neighborhood.

That is why when a certain highschool in Hyogo Prefecture came knocking on his door one morning, he knew that the only appropriate answer would be yes. It was a good thing his parents were supportive of him pursuing volleyball so they allowed and supported him financially as he finally moved out of their house at the early age of 15.

"WOW! Yer actually living alone?" Atsumu exclaimed as he twirled ramen noodles on his chopsticks.

"Oh boy..." Osamu raised an eyebrow at his twin.

"Our family business is at Aichi and I don't really want to make things hard for my sister to adjust in a new school so it can't be helped. Not that I mind though." Suna explained to both of them.

"Don't tell me I didn't warn ya." Osamu shrugged and took a bite of his onigiri.

Atsumu on the other hand just finished gulping up a huge portion of his ramen, "That sounds fun! and yer living in a what? an apartment?"

Suna nodded as he took a sip of his miso soup. It was at lunch when the twins bumped into Suna at the school cafeteria. The twins usually have lunch packed for them by their mom but today she had an important errand outside of town. She left the twins food money instead as she had to leave early.

"Then we can hang out at yer place after practice today so ya won't be lonely at home. Right Samu?" Atsumu looked at them expectantly. Suna almost choked on his rice and he caught Osamu at the corner of his eye smirking a little, "I don't see why not." Osamu answered.

Suna squinted his eyes at Osamu. When Atsumu looked down to take a huge bite of his food again, he took the opportunity to shake his head once quickly, signalling at Osamu not to agree with his brother's plan.

"So it's settled then. We're coming home with ya after practice today!" Atsumu chimed.

"But-"

"Oh! We could also buy some snacks on the way!" Atsumu clapped as he finished his food and started to put away his utensils. He looks so excited that it kinda unsettled Suna but he knows there's no going back now. Atsumu has decided and Osamu didn't seem to want to help him convince his brother otherwise.

Later that afternoon, at the beginning of their practice, the coach announced that the twins will be tasked to do the after practice cleaning. Atsumu kept whining about it, not until the coach assigned two more people to do it with them which to his dismay, are both an upperclassman.

Unfortunately for Suna, Atsumu made sure he knew that the plan was still on and that he needs to wait for them to finish cleaning.. by force. Apparently, Atsumu managed to grab his phone from him and hid it somewhere he wouldn't be able to find. Again, Osamu just annoyingly smirked and didn't even try to stop his twin brother.

"Childish." Suna grumpily murmured to himself.

Hands in his gym uniform's jacket, he leaned his back on the gym building's wall. He decided to pass the time behind the building again as he have always done in the past 5 days from when he first met Atsumu. No one have even discovered him hanging out there ever since.
