Chapter 2.
2nd time, February 14, 2018
As night fell, Siyeon walked coldly on the pavement, gradually no one around. Only a few more minutes until a new day.
Today was Valentine Day, and Siyeon had a Valentine Day that could be termed as acceptable. But the loneliness still surrounded her and refused to let go, so she did not go home immediately, but wandered in the street like that, she thought that she would walk until her legs were tired, then she would take a taxi home.
Once when she spent Valentine Day with Bora, she was very happy, Bora made chocolate for her, she also bought the most popular chocolate at that time to give Bora, the two had a happy night.
After breaking up with Kim Bora, Siyeon had a very miserable life. Her fault, was that she did not anticipate the strictness of her parents, they had always been gentle with her, loved her dearly, she thought that they would always support every path she chose.
She met Kim Bora, as if she met the happiness of her life, she thought that in this lifetime, there would be no one who could make her fall in love as deeply as Kim Bora. She brought her love story with Bora to show around the world. Almost all of her friends know how much she loves Bora. She didn't say a word directly to her family, but she showed it with her actions, taking Bora home to play with her many times.
But as it turned out, her parents were not supporting her unconditionally as she thought.
They were always gentle and polite in front of Siyeon, but behind her, they vehemently opposed her relationship with Bora. They talk to her friends to indirectly prevent her love. Through the words of her friends, she realized how angry her parents were when she loved Bora.
Her parents don't want her to fall in love with someone of the same sex.
But since Siyeon was born, she was already like that, she couldn't be attracted to men. Her parents said that they regretted sending her to girls-only schools, so when she went to university, which was a more diverse environment with both boys and girls, she was not interested with any guy, but fall in love with an upperclass unnie. They regret it.
But Siyeon was sure that she only loved women not because she attended an all-girls school, but because she was born like that. But her family doesn't understand, they don't understand her at all.
She also had no way of making them understand her.
The most painful thing is that no one around you understands you.
And more painfully, the one who understands you, then leaves you.
Siyeon told Bora about her parents' objections, and she stopped taking Bora home to play, and instead went to Bora's house more.
Bora's family is a family of teachers, but they have a very open lifestyle, and especially they are not interested in relationships around Bora.
