After the whole deli situation i went home and studied it. After something called "Youtube" I realised it looked a lot like something they used during the chitari invasion. I rang Ned and he doesn't know a thing about it either.
I'll have to dig deeper but right now I'm going home.

1st person POV
Location: Y/n's home
I walk up the steps to my home and open the door and walk into the house. I close the door and continue to walk into my house more, as I reach the living room I see my mum drinking coffee with another man.
Mum: ahhh there you are y/n!
Y/n: hey, who's this?
The man stands up and turns around.
Y/n: tony stark?!
Tony: hey kid, I thought it was about time we met. You've been getting my e-mails right?
As my mum looks at me tony gives me a sneaky wink.
Y/n: uh y-yeah totally
Mum: you didn't tell me you signed up for the stark internship?
Y/n: w-well I just know how much you like surprises
Tony walks over and turns to my mum
Tony: is it okay if I borrow him for a minute?
Mum: yeah totally, y/n show take him to you room
I walk off and tony follows behind me, as I reach my room tony walks in and I close my door.
Y/n: okay, so I didn't si-
Tony: nope, I talk.
Tony reaches into his pocket and pulls out an ipad. He pulls up a video and shows me. It's a video of me a few days ago stopping a car crash as Spider-man
Tony: that's you right?
The video continues and shows me stopping the car before it hits a bus.
Tony: wow, nice catch! That's a least a few thousand pounds
Y/n: you know that's fake right? That's all done through the computer
Tony: yeah like those UFO's over phonix?
Y/n: yeah exactly like that
As I turn around and walk to my desk to put my books away I hear a thud from behind me, I quickly turn around and see tony standing near my Suit.
Tony: so through the computer right?
Y/n: I-I don't know how that got there
Tony grabs the suit and the inspects it. He places it on the bed. He grabs the mask
Tony: god how can you see through these?
Y/n: well sometimes I don't really need too
Tony: what do you mean?
Y/n: well I had an accident a few months ago. And ever since then my senses have been dialled to eleven and higher
Tony: I think you in dire need of an upgrade. I get the whole super hero thing, but why are you doing this?
Y/n: well I don't know, to help I guess. If you Avengers are fighting space aliens and robots then there's really no one fighting in the neighbourhood
Tony: that's reasonable, I saw the camera recording of the deli last night. Those weapons are dangerous and I don't want them here either
I sit down on my bed and tony stands up.
