Being myself comes with consequences

It never comes easy for me.

I was either the one making jokes or

I am the one being the joke. I have come a

far way don't you think.

I am now a mature young woman

I have been in the working world.

I have completed my basic schooling

I have been to basic, primary, and high

school. Nothing to regret for any of those moments.

Some of my batchmates in either primary

or high school or either teen moms.

But I am not one to judge anyone because

we are human beings. It's best to be yourself

than try to be someone you are not.

Let us take this as a lesson to be true

to ourselves and not deceit our identity.

It is best to love who you are than to hate

our own skin and flesh.
