y/n's pov:
"you are all probably wondering why i'm here- except for y/n anyway." aizawa started, flashing me a glance. "since villains keep attacking class 1A, we have proposed dorms. this way we can maintain constant supervision on them, and it will be harder for another attack to occur. if the villains were to target an individual student, it would be a lot harder for the villains to deal with." he was explaining.
he took a deep breath, and leaned into the conversation, engaging mainly into bakugou's mom. "we know he was just kidnapped, and it's okay if you blame us and don't want us to take him in. but i believe it's for the best if we did this."
bakugou looked like his usual self. angry and unreadable. based off of what i had gathered from the anime he was annoyed about seeing the students more but other than that he didn't care all that much.
"no yeah i don't care. if you can handle him, take him. he's a big boy. but we wouldn't even be here if he wasn't so weak and got caught by the league of villains." she said.
my face cringed. aizawa seemed relieved when she agreed, but became more quiet at the comment about bakugou.
hell no was i going to let that slide. "i'm really glad that you're willing to have bakugou join us at the dorms, but bakugou isn't weak. he wasn't the only student targeted, and even still, he managed to get himself and me out of that situation. bakugou ranks very high in all of his classes, and he pays way more attention than you think. bakugou isn't weak at all. the league of villains is just good at getting what they want." i argued in the most professional tone i could muster.
bakugou's face flashed with surprise for a second, turned slightly pink, and then back to usual. i guess he wasn't expecting that. and aizawa didn't seem to have a problem with what i said, because technically i can say that.
"well he wouldn't have been targeted if his attitude didn't make him look like a villain. all of this because of his attitude." she retorted at me.
aha- no. lemme teach this hag something. "well, if you bothered to look into his quirk, you would notice that nitroglycerin lowers his heart rate. if it got too low he would pass out. so he has to find a way to keep his heart rate up, and being angry all the time does that. if his mind and body isn't constantly in stress he doesn't have any adrenaline to keep his heart rate up, and the nitroglycerin will make his heart rate too low. so his attitude actually helps him be a better hero. it's not his fault that the league took it the wrong way." i explained.
she looked shocked. so did allmight, aizawa and bakugou.
"i suppose you're right..." she responded suddenly timid. she knew she was wrong.
she works in the fashion industry. she has no idea what it takes or what it's like to be a hero. it's not fair for her to judge him that way.
bakugou's pov:
did she just...stand up for me? how did she know all of that about me? she's really the only one who understands why i'm like this all the time huh.
i don't know how she did it but she managed to make every god damn person in the room speechless. and hell 2 of them were pro heroes. how bold is this girl?
that damn y/n managed to put my crazy-ass mom in check. not even my dad can do that. or me.
"well, we appreciate you're cooperation, Mr. and Mrs. Bakugou. we are moving into the dorms as soon as possible. it should be finished within the next few days. we will notify you when it is ready." aizawa said, wrapping up the conversation.
