This is BELIFT LAB.
We would like to thank all the fans who show their love and support to ENHYPEN, and provide an announcement regarding fan letters.
# From this day onward (December 23, 2021, Thursday), please understand that ENHYPEN will no longer accept fan letters, either via handwritten mails or emails.
This is because of a report we have received upon the members wherein a member of ENHYPEN has experienced malicious acts of alleged stalking written in letters, and has been receiving letters from this particular person regarding his predebut life.
This behaviour is uncalled for and made the members of ENHYPEN feel unsafe. We will not tolerate this kind of behaviour and will be taking safety measures in order to prevent such actions from taking place again.
We are trying to provide a secure and safe environment for our artists, and to be able to do that, we must take this specific regulation to prevent concerns from both fans and the artists.
Rest assured that we have blocked any more incoming mails that may include letters from such fans, and we have already assessed the members' situation.
We apologise for the inconveniences, and we will try to provide better service to let the fans and artists communicate in a healthier form and manner in the future.
