Chapter 30

Adriano's Pov
Casimiro shot Diesel without any warning.

I watched as Diesel fell to his knees helping out in pain as blood came gushing out from a bullet wound.

Dominic made a dash to help Diesel and that's  when I went straight to Lexi.

I got her out of the chair and threw her straight to Liam's body.

"Get to the fucking car and keep her there" I ordered watching Liam grab her hand and run out the building with Casimiro following.

"Great" I muttered now that I was alone with Diesel, Dominic and the man who helped us.

"Sorry about this bud" I shot the masked man.

I shouldn't feel bad about killing someone I was in the mafia for fucks sake but that small feeling of guilt rushed through me.

I reloaded my gun pointing it to Dominic and Diesel who would be dead soon he was on his way.

Dominic stood back up pointing his gun to me.

It was just us two face to face waiting for one of us to do something.

"Why?" I asked him.

"Because why not ? I knew you'd come running after her like a wild goose chase" He smiled.

I shook my head and clenched my jaw.

I was hit for behind by a slowly dying Diesel who also fell to the ground with me in pain as he pulled his wound making it bleed more.

It didn't take long for my gun to be in Dominic's hands.

"Now because your my brother I want to play this fair with you" he said swinging my gun around in his hands.

"Take a seat my dearest younger brother" he smiled pointing to the chair where lexi had been sat.

I hesitated for a moment but then took a seat knowing I was risking my life as well as Lexi's.

"Good. See your now more disciplined unlike when we were kids. Father clearly failed at that one"

"you wanna watch what you fucking say" I snapped at him standing up for my parents.

"They're dead I say what" he replied smiling knowing it irritated me to have my family spoke bad about.

"Move and I'll shoot you" he said pinning me to the chair just how he had Lexi.

I spat in his face as he moved from behind me.

He punched me yet again.

"This is going to be so fun" he said pulling out his phone.

"I'll put it on speaker for you" he added

I listened to it ring for a while till it was answered.

"Yes boss?" A voice came from the phone.

"Can you send some men over please?" He asked.

"What happened to the others?" The voice asked.

" I fucking killed them all" I laughed.

Dominic hit me once more.

Blood was running from my mouth as I spat to the floor.

"Just send me more fucking men within the next 4 minutes. The girls in the car outside get her and bring her to me please. 2 men won't be an issue for you will it?"

I began to try and get out the ropes becoming irritated.

Dominic looked to me with a smile.

"Make that 2 minutes" he said hanging up.

"Fucking hurt my boys or Lexi I dare you"

"Watch me" he said.

I raised my eyebrows sharply moving my arms to try and make the rope brake.

"Don't think your muscles are quite big enough" he said.

"You love lexi don't you?" He said with a smile.

"Why?" I asked.

"How would you feel about me kissing her hm?" He asked.

I squirmed in the chair knowing it would piss me right off.

"You don't like that idea hm?" He said.

"No" I muttered.

He smiled as men walked in with Lexi.

"What happened to the men?" He asked.

"Still in the car being held hostage waiting for your signal boss" the man replied.

"Bring the girl here and you can go to the car" he ordered.

He held Lexi by the arm and looked to me as the guy left.

"Don't you fucking dare" I said knowing what he was going to do.

"Shame you have to watch" he said before pulling her into a kiss.

I squirmed and shouted at him.

He pulled away for a second before going back in to kiss her again.

I felt a stream of anger run through me.
I was going to kill this prick when I got up.
I turned to the floor and didn't dare look up.

"Not enjoying the show?" He said.

"Maybe I need to step it up a level" he said grabbing her throat as he kissed her again and ran his hand across her chest.

I looked to the floor again closing my eyes.

*BANG*

"Fucking prick" I heard Lexi say as I looked up to find my brother dead on the floor.

I Looked to the body on the floor as Lexi proudly stood there with a gun in her hand.

"Miss me?" She asked before helping untie me.

I instantly got up and pulled her into a kiss.

"Did someone get jealous?" She asked with a smirk.

"Just shut up princess" I pulled her back into another kiss.

"How are we going to get Liam and Casi?" She asked.

"Well we need to take care of this prick first" I pointed to Diesel who was now on his final breaths.

"This is what you fucking get for betraying me you cunt" I said before stomping onto his head killing him instantly.

We walked out the building to the car.

I held my gun to the windows and shot the men that were keeping my boys hostage.

I opened the car door and dragged both of my men out with surprised looks on their faces.

"Alright there boys?" I said as I helped get the rope from them.

"I thought I'd never fucking see you again" Liam said hugging me.

I wasn't the type for hugging people who worked for me however, this was an exception.

"Let's go home" I said smiling to Casi.
