The last month has been heavenly. You and Jimin would search for apartments together. You would take turns calling to inquire about certain ones that caught your attention. You had looked at three apartments at this point, one each week. They were all extremely nice but wasn't quite what either of you were looking for.
Jimin seems to be the pickiest when it came to the apartments. He said he wanted something with four bedrooms and three bathrooms. A large kitchen and living room. Something that could easily hold all the boys when he wanted them to come over.
There was always something he didn't like about each apartment. "The closets are too small; I don't like that." He would say to the first option. "There isn't a fireplace! Where will we sip hot cocoa and hang Christmas stockings?" He said about the second one. And for the last one you saw together he simply didn't like how the rooms flowed. Which was a weird thing to hear.
You were starting to worry that maybe he was stalling because he is regretting asking you. But today you were going to look at a fourth location. It was a ridiculously expensive apartment in Hannam, which was considered the 'Beverly Hills' part of Seoul. You were already put off by the price of the complex, but Jimin didn't seem to sweat it at all, which was a staggering reality for you.
Jimin probably would like this one because of the price, but you never knew until you got there. You have watched his face fall each time you toured a new apartment. You had your fingers crossed this time would be better.
Anna has been mad at you for some time now. She kept saying you abandoned her, but you tried countless times to tell her that wasn't the case. You weren't going to be that far away, and she could visit you anytime she wishes or vice versa. You would win her over eventually, she couldn't stay mad at you forever, she never could.

The driver drops both Jimin and you off at the apartment complex called "The Hills." You looked up at the beautifully built, modern style apartments that sit on a hill. They took your breath away, the apartments looked as expensive as they were.
The realtor ran over to us with a gigantic grin on her face. She was ready to butter us up. "Mr. Park! I am excited to show you our next option. And hopefully our last." Jimin grabs your hand and smiles to the realtor. "Let's hope so." He was getting tired of touring apartments at this point.
Mrs. Lee, the realtor punched in the key code and opened the front door of the apartment. Your breath was instantly stolen. The entry way was stunning, the architecture was modern and lovely. You preferred modern, so this was right up your alley. "So, this is the foyer where you will enter every day."
"The security here is high class and top notch, you are getting what you pay for here for protection." Mrs. Lee walked around the apartment. You looked over at Jimin who had a smile on his face as his eyes scanned each room. "How many bedrooms?" He asked the realtor and she grinned. "Four Mr. Park, just like you wanted." Jimin smiled. "And the bathrooms?" She grinned wider and we both knew the answer before she said it. "Three."
"This spacious and welcoming kitchen is fully furnished and updated to the current year with brand new appliances. She gestured to the Samsung fridge where you could see into the fridge from the outside. "This fridge is connected to the wifi, you can make grocery lists on this screen here and send it off to any store of your choosing to pick up later." She grinned at you as you said "Wow."
Following Mrs. Lee around further, she continued "Each light and the thermostat is set up with voice recognition. You can say when you want a light on or off and when to turn the temperature up or down."
She showed the bedrooms next, they all were quite spacious for it being an apartment. The closets were huge and could be considered a room themselves. Jimin poked his head inside the closet and smiled as he looked around. "Great," was all he said.
The bathrooms were breathtaking, all porcelain white, sparkling in the white light. There was a fireplace in the living room. The windows where gigantic and let in plenty of natural sunlight. There were skylights in each bedroom that was upstairs.
Once we were all back into the living room, Jimin spoke up. "Mrs. Lee? Can you give us a minute alone?" She nodded, bowed, and stepped away. Jimin turned his eyes to you and ran his hands down your arms. "What do you think baby?" You laughed. "The price Jiminie." He laughed this time, his eyes disappearing. "I knew you'd say that!" You shove his shoulder and smack it. "What? It's eleven million dollars!" You tried to hush your shouting. He laughed harder as he watched you cover your mouth with a hand.
After a moment of looking around again. "What do you think Jiminie? You're the picky one here." Jimin embraced you warmly. "Being picky and knowing what you like are two different things. But to be honest..." You inhaled sharply, here it comes. He would point out something he didn't like, and it would be over. You watched as Jimin smirked. "I think it's perfect." He hugged you tighter. "I could see us living here, being safe and happy. Safety is what matters most to me and this place has it. There's security everywhere and bodyguards will be here as well." You nodded at his words.
It's a shame that Jimin has to worry about such things. You had only recently learned that Jimin often received death threats. You could not even comprehend why anyone would want to hurt this sweet angel. But fame will do that to you, it's hard to please everyone and there's always some psycho out there wanting to hurt the boys. You'd take a bullet for Jimin, no doubt about it. If it came down to it, you'd protect him at all costs. Your life meant something to very few people, but him, his life meant everything to a large percentage of the human population.
Never would you take him for granted, or not appreciate him. He chose you out of everyone that wants to be with him, wants to marry him. Jimin chose you because he saw something in you, just as you saw something in him.
Jimin speaks again, breaking you free of your inner monologue. "I'm going to go make an offer." He walked off to find the realtor and you strolled around the room slowly. Looking at the beautiful crown molding on the walls and ceiling. You looked at the beautiful brick hearth of the large fireplace. You envisioned stockings hanging from the mantle. Stockings with your name on it, Jimin's and Tae's as well. You could see a giant Christmas tree in front of the windows that scaled to the ceiling. The thought of spending your time here made your heart warm.
