Rouge has definitely gone through a lot of changes. Her boots have a very similar tip to Boom!Amy's shoes. She has a short jumpsuit, but it still has her classic heart shaped top. Her gloves are longer and again, fingerless. She wears a tool belt with the essentials needed for any mission. (As Shadow and Omega tend to forget this). It's not seen, but in Sonic: On The Run she's written fiddling with a bat-shaped badge. When she wears it, it goes on her heart top. But usually it's kept in one of the pockets in her tool belt. Rouge is 18 here.
