Narrator's POV
That night, while Luke was alone in the studio, he kept pacing back and forth, trying to think of how he was gonna pull off his difficult feat. He honestly felt like Alex must've always felt, being so stressed all the time. Luke poofed something from his apartment into his hand and tried to think of what he would say when the time came...
Christmas Day
Luke's POV
I didn't sleep at all last night, even when I tried to, I couldn't. I kept thinking about everything that went down in the past week. What if my plan goes horribly wrong? What if I ruin everything? Questions kept circling around in my mind all night and I couldn't get them to stop. I end up just doing my best to rub the sleep out of my eyes, not like it would matter anyways. Reggie's about to come in here anyways all excited about something...

"LUKE THERE YOU ARE! Why didn't you come in the house last night? It's probably a lot warmer than here." I shake my head, trying to tell him I don't wanna talk to him about it right now.
"What do you want, Reg?"
"I wanna dress up as different Christmas characters, I already have my costume ready to go, I have one for you and Alex too! Can we do it??? PLEEEAAASEEE?" Alex trails in behind him and shakes his head as if to tell me, might as well.
"What are the costumes?" I ask, already knowing it's gonna be a bad decision.
"Well Alex is gonna be Rudolf The Red Nosed Reindeer because he shines so brightly, and I thought you could be an elf." He says as though it makes perfect sense.
"No way!" I say immediately. I already know what I'm gonna wear today, and it isn't gonna be that ridiculous costume. But, Reggie doesn't give up so easily.
"Luke, c'mon. Please????????" I sigh, hoping I can somehow come back from this. Maybe it won't be as bad as I think.
"Does it have sleeves?" Reggie nods excitedly as I sigh.
"Just gimme the costume." The sooner I get in it, the sooner I get out of it.
Reggie runs to the side of the studio, picks up a bag and tosses it to me. He tosses another to Alex. When I look at the costume, I close my eyes and hope this blows over fast. We get dressed into the costumes Reggie wanted us to wear for...whatever reason, and reluctantly follow him into the house. Unfortunately for me...Carlos is the first one to see this...and he's exactly the same as he was as a 12-year-old child.
"WHAT THE–" Carlos says before bursting out laughing maniacally.
"Stop, just-just stop." I say defeatedly, raising my hands in surrender. I go sit on the couch and slump down angrily. Thanks a lot, Reg.
Julie walks in a little while later and sees us, but physically tries to withhold her laughter.
"Just let it out. Better to do it now anyways." Alex says sadly. Julie doesn't do anything for a minute, other than try to contain her laughter. This is so embarrassing.
