As she walked through the halls the next day, a specific boy caught her eye. His messy hair making her grin. She caught up to him quickly.
"Peter!"
"Hmm?" Peter slipped his hood off.
His voice sent goosebumps down the girls spine.
"Where are you headed?" She asked, realizing their class was the other way.
"Monday, B track," He explained.
"Pete, It's Thursday," She laughed, and the boys eyes widened in embarrassment.
"Peter!" Her eyes scanned the boy. "Peter?! What happened?"
"Hm?"
"Your eye," She held her hand out to his face, lightly touching her fingers to the bruise.
"It's a rash," He insisted, jerking away from her fingers.
"Peter," She frowned, her brows furrowing.
"It's nothing, Liv," He held her hands in his. "Trust me."
"Well," She turned to walk away, but she remembered she had a question to ask. "Do you like lasagna?"
"Why?"
"My family is having lasagna tonight, and they practically begged me to ask you to come over," She explained, rubbing her neck.
"You sure you didn't want me there just a bit?" He smirked, stepping closer to Olivia.
"I'm sure I didn't," She said.
With a kiss on Peter's cheek, she left him. Peter touched his cheek in wonder.
"Second time she's kissed my cheek," He mumbled, turning after her.
He watched as the girl slowly walked to class.
He called after her, "Hey! Liv, wanna walk to class together."
She grinned, and her cheeks flushed, "Of course."
Peter ran after her, grabbing her hand to slow her down. To her surprise, Peter didn't let go until they entered the classroom and had to part ways to sit down.
