"The Madrigals"

(Maria's Pov)

'Aaand...almost daylight...come on, come on...'

As I watch out from my window, watching over the sun almost about to come out from the mountains. Watching over the night sky disappear from the peek of daylight peek through the trees, I felt my fingers tap against the window wood

Feeling impatient, she groaned as the morning to start. Making her lean her chin against her hands

"What does it take to start to morning already?" She whined to herself, before she can close her eyes. She felt a hint of light peek, hearing a rooster sing for the mornings to start.

I felt my smile widen again as I hurriedly slide down the stairs and yet came out from my house and kicked the door open

"Hah! Boom baby!" I yelled happily, making the rest of the neighbors groan from my morning boost

"Vamonos! Get up! Rise and shine! A trabajar todos!" I yelled and walked away to take my mornings runs. As everyone knew I was a energetic person, it was hard to keep track

I felt the sun shine down on me, feeling the warm glimmer of warmth against my skin as the cool breeze blew against my hair. It was a perfect, and magical day as it was going to be one of the most special days of a life time. It was Maribels cousin Antonio who was going to get his gift today.

As I was making my way to the Madrigals, I heard giggling children run behind me. Making me turn my head, two girls grinned over to my view while the other boy had coffee in his hand, sipping it ever so intensely while they were running to where I was headed

"Well aren't you guy's grinning jitters, what's gotten you three so excited?" I asked them as they slowed down their pace

"Well, we were just about to head on over to Mirabel--"

"And ask what's going to happen today!" They said happily, as they couldn't hold back their own excitement for today. I giggled at their energetic humor, I nodded understanding

"I know! I'm sure Mirabel has time for you guys, speaking of Mirabel, I'm here for her too. What a coincidence huh?" I said, before I knew it they all pulled me onto one of my hands. Making me run along side them

"Then let's go!"

As we all ran on over to the Casita, we saw that one of the windows were open as we see inside was Mirabel setting down plates at the family's dinner table while Casita was helping her

"Hey! When's the magic gift happen??" The younger boy with coffee in his hand yelled on over to Mirabel, making her turn her attention to us

"My cousins ceremony is tonight, also, Goodmorning Maria!" Maribel called over to us, making me wave on over to her

"Buenos días Maribel!" I greeted back, but the kids continued on with their questions

"What's his gift??" The little girl asked over to Mirabel

"We're gonna find out!"

"What's your gift??"

"Who's asking?"

"Us!" All three children replied, smiling grinningly as Maribel looks on over to me with a smirk

"I'm here to visit!" I replied back giggling

"Well "us," I can't just talk about myself, I'm only part of the amazing Madrigals."

"Who's all the amazing Madrigals??"

"Ahw you're not gonna leave me alone, are you?" Mirabel sighed but amuse at their curiosity

"They sure ain't, show'em what'cha got Maribel!" I yelled back in encouragement, giving her a thumbs up
