TIME SKIP TO YELENA'S BIRTHDAY

I've settled into the whole teacher thing pretty well although I'm just in my second week right now. The first week was a little harder. I kept thinking about what happened with Spencer but I hope it'll be less of a problem now since Fanny is coming today and all the dog training and puppy stuff will probably preoccupy my mind.

I'm currently driving to finally get our little fur baby while Natasha's being a disttactor. I told her to distract Lena and keep her busy while Wands and I go get Fanny. We'll drive back and then I'll take Yelena to go shopping for all the other essentials. Fanny will be spoiled as fuck.

We pull up and I get very excited. "Wanda can you drive back so I can sit with Fanny?" I ask and she replies with a nod and a smirk. We walk over to the house and get greeted by the man who has Fanny in his hands. "Here's Fanny." He states with a smile and hands her to me. I hold her close and hand him the second payment in cash. He hands me her papers and a blanket. We say our goodbyes and Wanda and I get into the car. Wanda holds Fanny while I get into my seat. Once I'm seated and buckled in I place Fanny's blankets onto my lap and Wanda hands me the little pup and she lays down in my lap. I awe at how good she's being and we drive off. The drive goes smoothly and Fanny stays in my lap while I pet her between her ears.

Wanda calls Nat and makes sure that their out of the apartment before we head inside. Once we're inside Wanda texts Nat so she can bring Yelena back. As soon as Wanda gives me the signal that the sisters are only minutes away I place Fanny into our bedroom and she yelps as I try to shut the door "I know Fanny, it's horrible but I'll need you to be quiet for just a few minutes okay?" I tell her quietly and she tilts her head but stays quiet seeming to understand by my tone of voice.

I close the door and she's still quiet so I quickly sit down next to Wanda acting natural. The two Russian's walk in and Yelena sighs "She dragged me to the compound where I got annoyed by Tony, Steve and Bucky" she scoffs and I smile. "I have a present for you, my love" I offer and she tilts her head. "Go into our room" I say and she stares at me "Don't you think you want to keep this kind of present for later?" She asks which makes Natasha crack up. I roll my eyes "Just open the bedroom door" I offer and Yelena raises her hands in defense walking over to the door. She slowly opens a small crack and closes it, snapping her head my way. "Y/n." She says staring at me. "She's ours. That's Fanny" I explain with a huge smile and Yelena runs over to me and hugs me, spinning me into the air. "Yelena put me down!" I squeal not expecting to be lifted into the air.

She sets me down and places multiple quick short kisses onto my lips. She runs back to the door like a little kid would to the Christmas tree on Christmas day. She opens it and drops onto her knees picking Fanny up and holding her close. Fanny nuzzles against Yelena, licking her face a few times and Lena chuckles petting the pup a few times.

"We need to go shopping for her and we sadly have to leave her with her aunts since she doesn't even have a leash or anything yet" I explain and Yelena pouts at me "No! I'm not leaving my precious puppy with Natasha!" She scoffs "I'll carry her." She adds and I sigh softly shaking my head. "Fine but we have to go so we can still make it to your own birthday party in time." I offer and she nods running to the door, the little pup derpily running close behind, making me smile. Yelena puts her shoes on while Fanny sniffs all the shoes.

She takes mine into her mouth and starts to run around letting her real little personality shine through. "Fanny bring those shoes to your mama!" Yelena says pointing to me. Fanny stops running and looks around for a moment before going up to Nat to sniff her. Then Wanda and then me, releasing the shoes at my feet. Yelena claps "Good girl Fanny! You're so smart!" Yelena praises and I smile down at Fanny praising her as well with a head pat "Good girl Fanny" I offer and put my shoes on.
