Chapter 2

As soon as they cleaned up John B they brought him to bed, hoping he'd be fine.
Pope and Kiara decided to leave, so they went home.
Juliett was supposed to stay the night at Rafe's, but his manaion was on the other side of Figure Eight and she didn't want to walk.
So Instead she pulled out the Couch and grabbed a few Blankets, pulling them over her head.
Until she heard someone walk in.
'Just pretend to sleep' she thought to herself.

"Juli?" she heard JJ whisper. "Are you awake?"

"Sadly." Juliett sighed. "Is everything okay?"

"Do you really forgive me?" he asked after a while.

Juliett scooted and made a gesture to JJ that he could sit down. So once he sat, she also sat up and sighed and gave him a blanket. "I'm trying to." She replied honestly.

"Nice.." he said.

The Silence was killing Juliett so she got up and looked at JJ. "Sleep well, I'm gonna go for a run. But I'll be back."

She didn't wait for a response she grabbed her phone and stormed outside, going to her favorite place on the Cut. It was a small bay near John B's Chateau.
Juliett closed her eyes and listened to the waves crashing in.

„So this is still your favorite place huh?"

She twirled around.
„You followed me? Seriously? You know maybe I wanted to be alone."

„You never want to be alone. Your practically living with the Camerons." JJ replied. He sat down next to her.

She followed each wave and was amazed by the way the moon reflected in the Ocean. Juliett admired the Ocean.

„It's amazing isn't it?" She heard JJ asking.

„It truly is." she answered breathlessly.

"Can I ask you something?" JJ answered.

"Even if I say No, your gonna ask it anyway. So Spill whats up?" she said.

"Why do you live with Rafe? Are you two like dating? And why are you so close?" he asked with his voice turning quiter with each word.

"You're not really in the place to ask that, you know?" Juliett whispered back.

"I was about to sleep with another girl. It's not like I did it." JJ argued.

"Are you drunk?" Juliett whispered again.

"Idk, maybe I am. Not like you care. You should go see Rafe. Check if he's drunk." JJ answered this time louder, and standing up starting to leave.

Juliett got up as well. "I am living with Rafe because my parents kicked me out. Uncle T didn't want me to move to the cut, it would be bad for the Hotel if a 'girl from the cut' would be working there. So Rafe talked to his parents, so they'd took me in. We are not dating. He's the One Person in this whole fucked up world, that actually cared about me, thats also why we are so close."  Her whisper turned to screaming in the end.

JJ blinked. "I cared."

"You cheated. So apparently you didn't care enough." Juliett gulped and looked at him.
"I'm really trying to forgive you here JJ. Why do you bring it up?"

"Cause I want to punish myself by knowing how you felt, when I made the worst decision I've ever did." He responded.

"Let's just leave it behind us, okay?.. Please." She nearly begged.

"You know it's nice to see you begging." He smirked.

Juliett burst out laughing. "I hate you."
